My dad, Age: 51 has had shoulder pain for 3 months (does not pain while lifting things, only pains when hand is lifted above head level) , now so after doing a left shoulder MRI some lesions have been found and after a MRI done in the abdomen region there have been small lesions on liver also found. We visited a ortho they said there is nothing like abnormalities detected on side of shoulder that a ortho needs to look at, I'm not a medical person so I don't know what all I need to mention but I'll be attaching the reports so that it is better understood.

Please let me know your opinions will be a great help dead worried as of now.
