PharmD student

I'm in my 3rd year of my doctorate in pharmacy degree and really don't want to work in retail. I've been wondering if I have good chances as a pharmd student to start breaking into sales/internships and whether my pharmacy background gives me a good opportunity for the field.
How can I start looking?

K3 approvals or movement ?

I'm thinking of filing a k3. My PD is Jan 2026 but I'm nervous about the processing times jumping from 16 months to 21 for the i130.

I read that the K3's purpose is to have an officer look at your file and approve your I130.

What I wanted to know is whether I should do this without a lawyer and if there is anyone on here who had good experience with the k3 ?

Emma live chat

I asked the agent where my case is being processed and they told me it's in my state's field office. They also told me that the 75 month processing time for all field office is accurate and that the earliest I can submit an inquiry is in 2034!!!!

We need to wait 8 years ?? Is this accurate ?

Pd January 2026

I know it's too early to send a WoM now but when is a right time for me to inquire about my case with my congressman? Should I wait to do it until January 2027?
When would be a good time to send a demand letter aswell?

I130 signature

Does the i130 signature require for the petitioner to put their middle name? Just realized my husband only signed with his first and last name is that okay?

Secondary inspection US border

I'm a Canadian citizen and also a university student and I was taken to secondary inspection while trying to cross the border with my husband to spend the next 2 weeks with him.

I had the summer off and stayed for 6 weeks then went back for a week because I had a 2 week internship and immediately came back to visit him to finish off the summer.

I was taken to secondary inspection where they essentially grilled me and didn't allow me to speak for half of the time. They explained to me that it looks bad when you have a pending status and go to the US often ( I've only spent 2.5 months this past year).

I don't feel good and I'm very scared, should I cancel any other plans I had to come visit him this fall?
He is a medical student and he's not able to come to Canada very often

Last name change

Hi, I am currently residing in Canada while my spouse is American.
Where I live, I'm not allowed to change my name to my husbands last name without going through a lengthy process.

At what point should I change my last name to his during the I130 process? I've heard some people mention it to an agent during an interview so that their green card can be changed

Petitioner address change

, my spouse (the petitioner for our consular i130) is moving into a different house (still within the US) in the next month. How do we change his address on uscis? Is it uploaded under unsolicited evidence?

I130 mistakes on form

We sent in the application 6 months ago . we accidentally put the beneficiary's parents info in the petitioners parents info section, also my spouse (the petitioner) omitted certain informations throughout the document (such as didnt put the addresses of his employers). also a minor mistake was made in the beneficiary's address section.

We sent a cover letter with all the evidences attached to it on the unsolicited evidences section a few weeks after submitting the i130.

We didn't send it in by mail as the agents on the phone told us to only upload it on unsolicited evidence

I'm terrified of being denied. during a free 20 min call with a lawyer they told me i should refile all together and cancel the current application... i dont know what to do im puzzled

Need help with my frizzy wavy thick hair with a lot of split ends!

Hi I've been looking for products for my hair it's just so frizzy and uncontrollable especially in the humidity and I just want a product that will make my hair feel softer and less dry. I get my hair trimmed quite often but I keep getting split ends and breakage.

I heard redken is pretty good and I haven't tried it yet, which products would you guys recommend for my hair?
