Telework arbitration appeal

Looks like Monday is the last day Treasury/IRS can appeal the arbitrator’s decision regarding telework. Does anyone know what happens if they dont appeal by deadline?Would the arbitrator’s decision become final and binding, and what would happen next with telework?

Tirzepatide + B12/NAD weird first 2 days, then I felt AMAZING. Anyone else? Anyone react to the B12/NAD additives but still

Itook my first very low dose of compounded tirzepatide about 11 days ago, approximately 1 mg tirzepatide, and my compound also contains B12 (cyanocobalamin) and NAD.
The first couple of days were a little strange. I would occasionally feel cold/shaky and then warm. On Day 2 I had one brief episode where my face suddenly became hot and flushed/red. It only lasted several seconds, but it scared the LIFE out of me at the time. Right afterward my heart started racing for literally maybe 5-10 seconds. I was able to calm myself down pretty quickly, and looking back I honestly think seeing/feeling my face flush scared me and triggered the tachycardia/panic.
I never had hives, swelling, trouble breathing, throat/tongue swelling, etc.
Then something really interesting happened.
Days 3–7 were AMAZING.
I had great, steady energy without feeling jittery. My mind felt incredibly clear. I slept well and woke up easily. No headaches. My mood was better. My food noise was dramatically reduced, and I felt calm around food.
The best way I can describe the overall feeling is that I felt like I was on a soft, warm cloud/pillow. 😂 Life just felt less edgy. I wasn’t euphoric or high, I just felt peaceful, clear and energetic. Honestly, I haven’t felt that good in years.
Today is about Day 11, and I can tell it’s wearing off. Food noise is definitely coming back, and so is that familiar “edginess.” The soft/warm/peaceful feeling is disappearing too.
After doing a lot of reading, I’ve been wondering whether the weird sensations during those first two days could have been from the B12 or NAD additives rather than tirzepatide itself.
I’ve already ordered tirzepatide from another pharmacy that doesn’t contain B12 or NAD, but it hasn’t shipped yet. I’m really curious to compare how I feel on plain tirzepatide.
In the meantime, I’m considering trying about 0.5 mg of my current compounded formulation (roughly half of my original dose).
Has anyone here experienced something similar specifically with B12 or NAD , mild flushing, feeling cold/warm, jitteriness, etc. but otherwise felt great afterward?
If you lowered the dose of a B12/NAD-containing compound, did those symptoms become milder or disappear? And did anyone eventually switch to tirzepatide without additives and notice a difference?
I’d especially love to hear from anyone whose experience followed a similar timeline.

Also, one more question. I’m thinking about taking my vial to work tomorrow. It would be out of the fridge for about 8–9 hours. Is it okay to put it back in the fridge afterward? Has anyone done this with their compounded tirzepatide?

TOD change

Does anyone know if there’s an IRM that covers how often an employee can change their Tour of Duty (TOD) during a calendar year? Thanks!

Revenue Agent (internal announcement)

Has anyone received a referral email for the recently closed Internal Revenue Agent internal announcements?
I haven’t heard anything yet, and I’m starting to wonder if referral emails have already started going out. I felt pretty confident about my assessment, but now I’m second-guessing myself.
Just curious if anyone has received a referral or any updates. Thanks!
