Frankenstein’s Medieval Medallion. Help identify!

Please help me figure out who is depicted and what the inscription says! Even your best guess since it seems like a long shot. I’d also like advice on who could have made this Belgian medal.

I received this medal today which was originally labeled as Mary with Dove but I don’t think that is correct. This appears to be a mid-twentieth century amalgamation of a medieval, noblewoman’s wax seal and some inscription. There’s a few wax seals that pop up but none of them are right. One hand holds the hawk/falcon (possibly) while her other hand is up in a prayer/benediction pose.

I’m not sure why it’s so important to me but I just need to know who this is. The inscription has been no help to me and I recognize that it may not even be part of the original seal it’s based on.

Some info on the medal:
Age: mid-twentieth century (?)
Weight: 27 grams
Size: 45mm without bail and 51-52mm with
Marked: A835 (Belgian)
Maker: lozenge shape with S and unknown symbol

I appreciate any and all help! The item was purchased in Massachusetts, if that helps.
If you need any other information let me know. Or if there’s a better place to post this as well. This was the first subreddit I thought of though.

Is it possible to turn button into pendant?

I just received my new Diana piece and I’m scratching my head trying to figure out how to make this into a pendant. I’m hoping someone may have experience turning antique buttons into pendants.

The button is about 31mm and 11.6 grams.

I do not want to alter it in any way that would permanently alter or subtract from the profile. Wire wrapping seems like a really bad choice but I’m also scared to epoxy a loop.

I’m hoping someone has a magic answer for me that does not require a jeweler or changing the button in an extreme way.

I appreciate any and all help!

My antique & vintage Diana Collection!

I have no one to share my excitement of antique/vintage Diana collection so I figured I’d share it here!

The first image is a medal that’s slightly larger than a quarter and has exceptional detail. I’m not sure if it’s vintage or an antique. I wish I knew who the artist was because it’s so different from Rault’s. Whoever designed it was very talented. They really capture the Diana in my head.

The second is an antique glass button. I plan on fixing her up to restore the silver coloring because it will completely change her face. It’s pretty big for a button.

The last one is an art deco(?) brooch and I love that it captures her as the huntress.

I plan on making all of them into pendants by myself!

Goddess Diana Medal (unknown maker). Turning into a pendant.

I just purchased this Diana medal today and I plan on making it into a pendant!

I have not seen this depiction before since the most well-known Diana medal is by Rault. This seems to be signed by someone else. I know it’s 1” across but the seller didn’t know much else.

I really think a good shining and cleaning will make this a wonderful pendant! If anyone knows who the artist is I’d greatly appreciate any input because Google images isn’t helping.

Diana medal that’s not Rault’s? Purchased in USA

I’m trying to figure out what the signature is on this Diana piece. It seems very different from Rault’s especially in the face.

It appears to be hallmarked on the back. Google lens says it’s “Soleau” but I am unsure because I don’t see the other letters and the “E” is stylized at the beginning.

Reverse image search just pops up with Rault’s but this just seems to be stylized differently. I’ve tried different searches but still nothing.

Sorry if this is not as exciting as other pieces I’ve just never seen one that’s not Rault’s “Diana”

Edit: had to delete because I somehow forgot the pictures haha sorry!

I’m super excited that this is my first post here! I know this probably isn’t as exciting as other pieces but I’m a lover of greek/roman mythology!

Need help identifying silver British hallmarks!

Hello! I recently purchased this mirror to use as a pendant and I’m having trouble figuring out the letter.

I believe it’s Birmingham (anchor), sterling silver (wonky lion), and made by C&N? I could be wrong but that’s what I’m come up with so far! I can’t figure out the year. I believe it’s either an h or a y but the fancy, swoopy, top hat has me confused.

The mirror is about 2 1/2” and I’m unsure of the weight since it’s being shipped.

Thank you for your expertise!

A celebration of life locket. If possible some answers..

The locket weighs 29.19 grams and is about 2”. It is marked “STERLING” or possibly “.STERLING” and shows signs that it used to be gilt (vermeil?) on the inside and outside. I’m assuming it’s American made because of the sterling mark. I’ve used a loupe to look for additional markings but have had no luck yet! I really would like to know the lockets story.

I’ve looked for similar styles to base it on but atp I don’t trust my eyes because I’ve overlooked. Jewelry is much more comforting when it comes with its own history.

I purchased this locket as a “thank god you aren’t sick” gift after a very intense health scare. It’s absolutely STUNNING in person. The bird motif just felt so… free? Birds especially mean a lot to me and have helped me through many mental health problems so any information would be welcomed.

Unknown French Hallmark making me go through Loupes

I love a good mystery but I am still very much amateur when it comes to hallmarks so someone please save me from staring into my loupe!

The piece is a locket that weighs 10.5 grams and it is about 22-25mm? Seller said they could not figure out the hallmarks but believes they are French. I’m so new to this and although I love the mystery/stories I’m at a loss atp.

I’ve included pictures of the hallmark, inside, lining, and the front and back of the locket. Most of these were taken through my loupe from different angles. Some pictures are edited as well because I was hoping to figure it out.

My eyes need the eyes of someone more experienced. I truly appreciate any and all help.

I’ve been taking Propranolol (10mg x2) for two months now. I noticed my eyesight seemed “wonky” at first but it was doable. The longer I’ve been on it the worse it’s gotten.

Today is so bad that I feel unsafe to drive. A few weeks ago I couldn’t even read road signs because it made me feel dizzy.

I’m not sure how else to describe it besides unstable. I guess blurred vision would work but it’s more like everything is hard to concentrate on because everything starts spinning. It’s almost like vertigo?

I’m quite scared right now because I’ve always had perfect vision. It seems to get worse when I move around as well.

Has anyone had an experience like this? I have reached out to my prescriber but I’m currently freaking out.

I’m also taking sertraline and adderal for medication.
