App Store release timeline?

As a personal project, I’ve been working on a forum/message board app and website that is intended to stop bot and A.I. traffic. It’s still fairly elementary (cloudflare, client side telemetry, RLS only) but I’ve submitted it to be released on the App Store as just a next step so I can implement push notifications and have it be functional for me and a couple close friends. That’s just backstory though. What I want to know is how long will I have to wait???? It’s been close to four days when the estimated wait is supposed to be 24-48 hours. I thought I provided all the necessary information, and I’m just feeling really eager to get it done so I won’t have to resubmit a build with such a long wait each time I want to update it. Are there any common pitfalls in submissions that make them take longer? Does Apple only review submissions on week days? Am I just being impatient? Is there a minimum level of professionalism and completeness expected for it to be successful and if so do I meet that threshold?

This is the web page for reference, the app is a capacitor web wrapper essentially.

P.S if anyone has any suggestions or information on more sophisticated bot detection, or what fields I should be researching to refine my security into something passable please let me know here or on the subreddit I created for this project r/TuringsGate

Scraping by

Just over a month weed free after close to a decade of daily use. Today, I got as far as taking a pre roll out of the package, going outside, putting it in my mouth, and flicking the lighter, before putting everything away and locking it up again. I just kept thinking about how I’d have to reset my timer, and how I’d told my girlfriend that my minimum goal was 90 days (the general benchmark for total ECS recovery). I realized that if I was bargaining with myself this much, and if I was rehearsing excuses to her, then there would probably be immediate guilt.

The cravings have just been so bad recently, and it feels like I’m bargaining with myself every day.

Regardless, this felt like a small win today, and I’m hoping that the intensity of the cravings will pass soon.

For people who tried to quit multiple times, what did you do to finally overcome your addiction for good?

I’m 23M, have been smoking daily since I was 16. I have tried to quit a dozen or more times, told people I would, but I always inevitably slip back into daily use. I have suffered academically, socially, and developmentally in profound ways because of my use, and I’m so scared that I’ll wake up at 40 or 50 and be in the same place. I am currently attempting to quit again, and have journaled my intent to make it one year without weed, but it’s barely been a full 24h and I’m thinking about it constantly.

I wrote to myself that I meant to do this from the bottom of my heart, and that if I couldn’t keep this promise to myself, then there wasn’t anything I could trust myself to do. I’m so scared of failing again and the shame that comes with it. What can I do to finally overcome this for good?
