Masturbation linked to weakened digestion?

Hi guys I’ve been having Gi issues for two years now and I have always trapped gas that moves upwards and constipation and low energy also no appetite and I always have gas trapped and my intestines feel tight which is very uncomfortable , I got my tests done and they were all normal. Allopathy didn’t give me any relief the only thing that relieved me was no fap which helped me regain my energy and better digestion like 30-35 % better. I looked the ayurvedic aspect and I saw how shukra depletion leads to vata aggravation. Can anyone help and advise how to fix it completely? Also I’m down for the basti treatment will it be helpful for me???

Just got prescribed Prozac for digestive issues

Hello guys, I’m relatively new to this world of antidepressants so apparently I’ve been prescribed 40 mg Prozac and .5 mg Clonazepam for my gut issues which include stomach tightness, knots of gas in stomach, no appetite. And I’m just 25 M and I’m just scared of loss of libido side effect. Can somebody guide me if it’s worth it to try and will my libido be normal after it? And has anyone improved their gut issues cause of this? Please help

Positive again

After two failed rounds im here for the third time doctor advised me to go with dual therapy amoxicillin and bismuth i will be incorporating natural remedies like Licorice, broccoli sprouts, mastic gum , manuka honey. Do you think this is the right path or is it too many natural remedies and also ive seen people commenting that they have built antibiotic resistant to this bacteria and some have had it for 15+ years and they can do nothing about it. What are the chances for that, Im a bit scared about that? Anyone with that experience please let me know if i should add or remove things or any dietary chnages?

Hey everyone,

I’m originally from Hoshiarpur but currently based in the US, where I’m involved in a gelato / coffee shop. I’ve been thinking about doing something similar back home.

I know this works well in cities like Jalandhar and Chandigarh, but I’m not sure about Hoshiarpur. I’ve been visiting a lot of cafés here, and most don’t really serve authentic coffee or classic flavors like proper tiramisu, and there isn’t really a French-style patisserie scene either.

Do you think people would appreciate authentic gelato and good coffee, or is the preference still more toward places like Choudhary’s or Havmor?

Would love honest local opinions before I take this further. Thanks!
