Do people not wear jeans at Auburn

Hi, I was looking to transfer to Auburn next year and I saw like alot of TikTok comments saying that people at Auburn don’t really wear jeans. Not saying there’s no ever wearing jeans but like you don’t see a lot of people with jeans to class and people look at you weird if you do wear jeans. I have nothing against anyone but I was just curious to know.

Edit : it is not my opinion I just saw this general idea based on comments on TikTok and this TikTok on my fyp😭

Differences between AUM and AU

Hi, I’m currently a freshman at AUM and plan to transfer to the main campus in a year, is there any major or minor differences I should know before hand before coming?

How to get over a accident mentally

I got into a car accident recently and the other car was totaled. I feel so bad and guilty and I'm only 18. I know my insurance will likely go up, and I'm just thinking about all the possibilities that are coming.
Like what if I get sued for a crazy amount of money?
What if I get into an accident again? My parents said I can't commute to college yet just because of the accident, and that's great they are looking out for me but I'm just thinking the worst that will come out of this case. I've just been bawling my eyes out. I am so angry and upset at myself because on top of that, l've been dealing with a lot of things already. I just got over my driving anxiety and now it’s back.

Does Auburn count in progress credits

Hello, I plan to transfer after my freshman year at AUM, however I plan to apply to Auburn in the spring of next year. Does Auburn count in progress credits?

When will the #fomo ever leave me

As a recent high school graduate, I’ll be committing to a local nearby 4 year university nearby. I live in Alabama so I only applied for in state schools since I knew at the time I couldn’t probably go out of state anyways , and ended up getting in to all of the schools except a rejection from Auburn:

My HS stats:
4.03 gpa (3.9 gpa the time I applied to Auburn since it was my junior GPA)
National Arts Honor Treasurer
Barista Job
Sales Associate
Book Club
Model UN
Had a significant role in a school’s theatre play of my junior year

Honestly my ecs isn’t crazy, but I didn’t expect to go to an Ivy League or whatever. Now, that rejection from Auburn hurt really bad because I expected to get in (I got deferred at first) , but apparently being test optional makes it even harder to get in I suppose. My ACT score is not good as well. I’m not sure if I should retake it.

However, I want to transfer to a better school (maybe even better than Auburn!). I don’t know if I have a good baseline, maybe because “not shocking” my ecs are, but I am going to be a business major in the fall.

One thing really gets me is talking to people and they are saying, “ Why transfer after one year?” , “ Why not finish your degree at [ insert university]??”

How do you guys deal with feelings of fomo in that year before transferring? It’s really getting to me because I’m stuck locally while everyone is off miles away? It really gets to my head. Can I really put my mind to this?
