Wizz Air keeps rejecting my Cabin Crew applications — what am I doing wrong?
I’m hoping someone here can give me some advice because I’m honestly starting to get a bit frustrated.
I’ve applied for Cabin Crew positions at Wizz Air multiple times, but I keep getting rejected. The frustrating part is that I feel like my background should at least get me through to the next stage.
I have a Hospitality Management diploma and over two years of experience working in hotels and hospitality, mainly in guest services and front desk/reception. I’ve worked with international guests, handled check-ins/check-outs, payments, complaints and guest requests, and I’m used to working in busy environments and under pressure.
I also speak Italian (native), English (advanced), Spanish (intermediate) and French (elementary), and I’ve had international hospitality experiences.
I’ve attached my current CV (with personal information censored).
What confuses me is that I don’t even seem to be getting very far in the recruitment process. I keep receiving a rejection, but I don’t really know what I’m doing wrong.
Could it be something related to my CV/application, my profile, the way I’m presenting my experience, or something else?
For anyone who has successfully been hired by Wizz Air (or has experience recruiting Cabin Crew), what would you change or improve in my application?
Any honest feedback would be really appreciated. I’m genuinely trying to understand what I’m missing.
