Slow steam download speeds

Ive noticed that every download I do on steam either has an extremely slow speed or normal speed. my speed tests are normal with 150mbps while my steam is at a measly 2mbps. downloads on other apps like epic games launcher give me the full 150mbps. I’ve tried putting a limit as I heard it somehow fixes it but it didn’t. I’ve switched server locations and cleared download cache, my task manager does not show 100% utilisation on my SSD.

My RX6600 isn’t sending a display

I’m using a Ryzen 5 5600G with a used RX 6600. My GPU has been acting unstable for a while where sometimes I get no display even though my monitor detects a signal, and other times it works after a few restarts. The GPU also sometimes briefly shows up in Windows or Task Manager but then disappears again, and at times it doesn’t show in Device Manager at all. I’ve set my BIOS to PCIe instead of IGFX but it hasn’t fixed it. The issue has been getting worse over time, especially after heavy gaming when my PC and GPU were getting very hot in a hot room. Now even after letting it cool down, I still get no display. My CPU is fine and stable, so the problem seems to be either a failing GPU, power supply/PCIe power issue, or something hardware-related rather than Windows.

The GPU seems perfectly seated, the 8 pin cable seems perfectly placed.
