algae city!!!

I have never had such a horrible algae issue as I do with this opening. my pool guys came and opened the pool yesterday and although the water was clear, the liner was coated in a thick dark green algae. I let it run overnight with the shock they threw in and its still so yuckie. I brushed down everything and now I have a swamp. I think its because we had a hot spell while it was covered and currently in another 90° hot spell. headed to the pool store for testing and supplies. any tips you guys have would be appreciated too!! picture is yesterday's opening.. you dont even wanna see how it looks right now. 😭

Nike Vomero Plus deterioration

These are my sons shoes. He has them for about two months and they aren't a daily wear shoe for him. Has anyone else had the foam deteriorate so much? I also just cleaned them last night and parts have yellowed. I feel like the quality is just horrible. Is this worth an email to Nike to talk about a quality concern?

Hey fellow gardeners!! Came out to my lupine looking like this. :( I dont know what caused it. should i snip these at the base where theyre growing? or just leave them be? This is my second year having them... they must have been in the wild seed mix i dumped there a few years ago!!

It's May and you know what that means... PROM MONTH!!! I was never a fan of school dances throughout high school, but I did go to my Senior Prom. My dress was a sleek two piece with a lace up corset style top. I love looking through pics from that night. These are my prom pics from 2004!! 🖤

Hey millennials!!! Drop your fav pics from prom and bask in the memories for a few minutes!!

I'm new to using a face cream in the morning and know that ones with SPF are a great idea! my question is, are you reapplying through the day? SPF usually lasts around 90 minutes and needs reapplication. what do you do about makeup if you have to reapply?
