Am I the only one that notice an increase of symptoms in summer ? Like an increase of the icp ? I’m so debilitated compared to winter.

Hi guys, the Internet says that you can’t split 50mg , I noticed that 50mg is too much for me and rn my doctor isn’t avaible to prescribe me the 25 mg ones, he’s abroad and he can’t read my emails. can I split the dose ? Anyone did it ? I don’t care if it taste bitter, i wanna be sure if it’s okay and nothing dangerous stuff like that 😂

I’m so fucking mad, angry at my life, been diagnosed with a venous problem in my head and they prescribed me Diamox, my Mcas after years became minimal, mild, not severe like years ago. I spent years on acupuncture, brain retraining, I did like 1000 sessions of acupuncture for my mast cells and they worked, they calmed them down, but at the same time I experienced very strong neurological symptoms along with debilitating head pressure so they diagnosed me with IIH and they put me on Diamox for 6 days, fucking 6 days and boom, itching , and my mast cells are crazy again. now I’m on Topamax and I feel like a vegetable and MCAS flare again . What’s the point of working on nervous system if a medication can messes up our mast cells again ?

Hi guys ive recently started Topamax and I’m so fucking scared of getting glaucoma I’m not an anxious person but I have experienced weird stuff with medicines lately since I’m sensitive to them 🤷🏻‍♀️. glaucoma is something very serious, as soon as I feel pressure in my eyes I feel anxious, does anyone feel pressure in eyes when taking Topamax ? I’m taking Topamax for my IIH. Also my eyes are dry on this medicine but it’s something I’ve expected.

Anyone here that used to take Diamox and switched to topamax ? Diamox is giving me itching problems and my neurologist suggest me this one. Who’s on topamax ?

Hi guys recently I’ve been prescribed Diamox , my neurologist found in my MRV Cerebral venous atresia , my symptoms were debilitating head pressure, neurological symptoms , cognitive decline, head pressure that worsen through physical activity, liquid in ears and so on
For so long I suspected I had csf leak. But he said that is 100% IIH. I didn’t even do a lumbar puncture. started Diamox and everytime I take it I feel worse on it , my neck becomes rigid as fuck, tired as hell, massive brain fog, I spoke to my doctor and he said that it’s normal and I have to wait till 3-4 weeks . I don’t think that’s normal at all, I start to think I feel better without it . Did anyone of yalll experienced this?

I’ve started taking Diamox just lately and I’ve been feeling incredibly irritable and apathetic along the tiredness. Is it temporary or an effect of the medication?

Anyone can tell me for what should I be prepared for ? I know Diamox has a lot of side effects. I have to start it soon

Hi guys I’ve started taking astaxanthin 8mg days ago and yesterday I took 16mg. Suffering from visual snow and other illnesss I noticed soon a smooth eye sight which was great, but now the more I take it the more I feel fatigue, sleepy, I also have to take a miorilaxant and it seems to increase the sedation feeling. I was thinking to stop it , it’s a shame cause i think it was helping with oxiditave stress, did that happened to y’all too?

I don’t think there is an antihistamine that can stabilize my mast cell as lorezepam low doses. Too bad this shit is addicting and dangerous long term but I felt ‘normal’ the days I took it , my body didn’t react to makeup, to touching my skin etc

Hi guys I’ve started taking amytripiline low doses again. I was wondering if any of y’all experienced the symptoms of a weight on the chest ,or like squeezing feeling. i have trouble metabolizing medications I’m extremely sensitive, but it’s the only med who helps me with severe head pain and neuropathy.

I’ve starting taking magnesium threonate, it helps with lucidity of mind since my neurons are totally fried by IIH and benzos withdrawals (I used benzos as miorilaxant they seem to lower neck pain and head pressure) but at the same time magnesium increase my head pressure I don’t know what to do, do any of you take it ? What’s your effects ?

Has anybody here taken antihistamine and noticed an increased head pressure and pain ? That sucks cause it seem they help lower neuroinflammation from too much histamine but at the same time they increase the pressure
