Dear introverted/shy ladies. Help me out.

I really like a quiet, introverted woman. I've known her (not well) for around 3 years. As far as I'm aware she hasn't seriously or casually dated anyone in that time.

The thing is, I really like her and trying to gauge if she likes me. Sometimes I can't tell - she is friendly and has complimented me and often waves first when I do see her.
