  • Automatizar tareas repetitivas.
  • Crear agentes de IA.
  • Crear chatbots de atención al cliente.
  • Conectar diferentes herramientas y servicios.

  3. ¿Debería centrarme en n8n, Make, Zapier u otra herramienta?

¡Gracias!

What do you think of this €1700 1440p gaming PC? RX 9070 + Ryzen 5 9600X in ASUS AP201 mATX

Hi everyone!

I'm planning a new gaming PC and I'd like some feedback before buying everything.

The main goal is 1440p gaming, especially AAA games at 120+ FPS whenever possible, while also making sure less demanding games run extremely well.

I also want the system to be as quiet as reasonably possible, since the PC will probably be placed in a relatively tight space between my monitor and the wall.

One of my requirements is that the case must be Micro-ATX or smaller, but I don't want an extremely small SFF build because cooling, noise and upgradeability are important to me.

I've therefore decided on the ASUS Prime AP201 Tempered Glass.

CPU AMD Ryzen 5 9600X €179
GPU Gigabyte Radeon RX 9070 Gaming OC 16GB €709
Motherboard Gigabyte B650M Gaming Plus WiFi €141
RAM Corsair Vengeance DDR5 6000MHz 32GB (2×16GB) €436*
SSD WD Black SN7100 1TB PCIe 4.0 €180
CPU Cooler Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE €41
PSU Corsair RM850e ATX 3.1 PCIe 5.1 850W Gold Modular €129
Case ASUS Prime AP201 Tempered Glass €89
Additional fans Arctic P12 Slim PWM PST €7 each

*DDR5 prices are currently extremely high in Spain, so I am considering waiting for RAM prices to normalize before buying it.

Why I chose these components

CPU: Ryzen 5 9600X

I originally considered the Ryzen 5 7600X (€159), Ryzen 5 9600X (€179) and Ryzen 7 9700X (€319).

At only €20 more than the 7600X, the 9600X seems like the better choice to me, while the 9700X is a much larger price increase.

GPU: RX 9070

I was also considering the RX 9060 XT 16GB (€548), but I decided that the RX 9070 (€709) makes more sense for my 1440p/high-refresh target.

Motherboard: Gigabyte B650M Gaming Plus WiFi

I wanted a Micro-ATX board with Wi-Fi, AM5 support, DDR5 and good upgrade potential without spending €200+ on a motherboard.

RAM: 32GB DDR5-6000

I want 32GB rather than 16GB, but the current price of €436 is obviously terrible, so I'm willing to wait.

SSD: WD Black SN7100 1TB

I found this for €180, which is considerably cheaper than some other high-end 1TB NVMe drives available here.

CPU cooler: Phantom Spirit 120 SE

I'm using air cooling rather than an AIO because I want simplicity, reliability and low noise.

PSU: Corsair RM850e 850W

I initially considered the 750W version, but I've decided to use the 850W RM850e instead.

The RX 9070 officially recommends a 750W PSU, so 850W gives me some additional headroom for future upgrades. The RM850e is also only 140mm long, which should work very well in the AP201.

Case: ASUS Prime AP201

This is probably the part I'm most interested in getting feedback on.

I wanted a compact Micro-ATX case, but I also care about cooling and noise. The AP201 seems like a good compromise between size and airflow.

Planned airflow

My current idea is:

  • 2× 120mm slim fans at the bottom → intake
  • 3× 120mm fans at the top → exhaust
  • 1× 120mm rear fan included with the case → exhaust

The bottom fans would be slim models so they don't unnecessarily restrict the space around the GPU.

Things I'd like feedback on

  1. Is the Ryzen 5 9600X + RX 9070 a good combination for 1440p high-refresh gaming?
  2. Is the Gigabyte B650M Gaming Plus WiFi a good motherboard for this build and future AM5 upgrades?
  3. Is the 850W RM850e worth choosing over the 750W version?
  4. Is the Phantom Spirit 120 SE a good choice for the 9600X in the AP201?
  5. Does the RX 9070 Gaming OC + AP201 combination have any clearance or airflow concerns?
  6. Is my proposed 2 bottom intake + 3 top exhaust + 1 rear exhaust configuration optimal?
  7. Would you use 6 fans in this case, or would fewer fans be quieter while providing similar temperatures?
  8. Are there any cables, adapters, splitters, fan hubs or other accessories I'm missing?
  9. Would you change any component while keeping roughly the same overall budget?
  10. Is there anywhere where I'm overspending, or somewhere where spending another €20–50 would provide a meaningful improvement?

I'm especially interested in feedback from people who have experience with the ASUS AP201, RX 9070 and AM5.

Thanks!

Is it possible to build a good and strong physique with only adjustable dumbbells and a bench?

Hi everyone,

I'm 26 years old, weigh around 60 kg (132 lbs), and I'm a complete beginner (almost no training experience in my life). My goal is to gain muscle, strength, and build an aesthetic and functional physique, but I have a limited budget and I train at home.

I'm planning to buy a pair of adjustable dumbbells (up to 20-24 kg per dumbbell) and an adjustable bench, and train only with that setup. No barbell, no rack, no cables.

Real questions:

  • Is it possible to make good progress in hypertrophy and strength long-term using only dumbbells and a bench?
  • What are the main limitations of this setup (especially for legs, back, and shoulders)?
  • How much realistic progress can I expect in the first year if I'm consistent, eat well, and sleep enough?
  • Has anyone here built a decent physique (wider shoulders, visible chest, arms, and legs) using only dumbbells + bench?

I'm especially interested in hearing from people who have trained this way for 1+ years. Not looking for Instagram routines, I want honest and realistic opinions.

Yesterday I cleaned my PC and replaced the thermal paste on both the CPU and GPU. Everything seemed to be working perfectly. After a while, someone mentioned they could smell something like burning, but I personally didn’t notice anything. I kept playing for several hours without issues and then went to sleep. Today, I tried playing Lords of the Fallen again (same as yesterday). The PC started making noise, which I assumed was normal since it's a demanding game. But suddenly, the PC shut down completely, and this time I definitely noticed a burning smell. I immediately unplugged everything and opened the case, but I couldn’t clearly identify where the smell was coming from. I think it might be the power supply, but I’m not sure. I checked the CPU and GPU and they seem fine. I don’t see any burnt or swollen components on the motherboard either. The smell is gone now. Now I’m unsure what to do: Should I try turning it on again to pinpoint the issue, or could that make things worse? Any advice would be appreciated.
