I don't know why some people hype up nandos. i went there once and i think it's wayyy too overpriced and the serving quantities are almost a joke for that price

Hi , i am a 23 years old male and i am super super skinny i am basically 181 cm with 61kg weight, i have long legs and arms and i look like a stick plus my wrist are so small its really annoying, i tried hard to gain weight only reached 63 kgs i don't know if I'll live my entire life like this , weak and skinny or will i bulk up to 70 kg , i eat alot but the food just doesn't effect me like it effects others , please if anyone can help me I'll be saved , cuz this insecurity kills all my happiness
