Those who are on Amitriptyline long term, did you end up developing any new side effects?
Ideally people who've been on 5+ years

I have host of health conditions, including chronic daily migraine and fibromyalgia, and don't need to worry about my heart health on top of all of this. Please tell me that I don't need to panic with all that's going on.
I'm currently on 4 yet I am refractory with daily high symptoms telling me probably none of them are actually doing anything.
This is my second time receiving the occipital nerve block, and after I swear, for months, I get severe mid upper back spasms, kind of around the bra strap area. My Neurologist said this is unlikely from the block , but I don't do anything physical to cause this so I don't know what to do. The nerve block does seem to help my head but the back spasms are almost just as bad.
so I'm wondering if anyone else experience this?
New to trying it, and ideally something that could be bought online.
I feel bad if other people are suffering too but it's nice to know that I'm not alone.
I've gone through so many 'redness' products that have done nothing so seeing if I missed something.
My doctor created a 7 week plan for me and I am terrified to start it. I started going down from 150mg a couple years ago but have stalled at 37.5 purely out of fear. Anyone success stories where it was that bad. Or at least not for that long.
Started developing upper back pain a few months ago that I can't really tie to a specific injury so I'm wondering if it's referred pain from my chronic bladder infections. Has anyone else experienced this?
I asked this because I have a multitude of health conditions, so feel like shit 24/7 for years and know that high cholesterol is pretty silent and then you can't really tell you have it but wondering if I were to start the med would it actually make me feel any better?
Has anyone actually felt better after being treated? Just trying to find a little silver lining.
Anyone know of any good fibro podcast that are still making content? I know there's some old ones out there but for some reason, I like ones that are still around just so I know the information is current and what not.
I know it's not supposed to be taken like that, but I find it doesn't work after a few days anyways and causes extreme bloating for me. My doctor just said it isn't designed to be taken like that but is just a GP. I don't have a specialist so I'm wondering if it's really that bad taking as needed.
Also, it's extremely expensive and my insurance doesn't cover it.
I know the neck is common, but I'm talking on full back spasms with no injury that I can think of
I know this post is probably a longshot as I don't know how many healed people are on here, but I've tried everything. just need some hope that maybe somehow my body could heal itself.
I have chronic migraine and always had head pain between the attacks but now it's bodyaches along with the head pain and I don't know if something else is going on. I've had all my bloodwork checked not sure if I'm developing fibromyalgia or something like that or if this is just all from migraine.
I feel like I was hit by a truck daily and I don't know if I'm developing fibromyalgia or something or it's just from the Effexor. So curious if anyone else developed this after using it for a while?
Hopefully that makes sense. My upper back has been spasming so bad lately and I don't know if it means that I should rest it or that there is some sort of muscle imbalance and I should be doing more exercise, PT, etc..
It can be any type of lip product I'm not picky. Just ideally nothing too sticky. Nothing I buy seems to last longer than like 30 mins on me 😫
