Workshopping a nation concept

Workshopping a nation concept

I've read some articles that a colony of octopus have constructed a rudimentary "city"off the coast of Australia and after finding this particular image on Pinterest it gave me the concept of human sized octopod civilization in dominions.

What I'm here to ask Is what unique functions they should have going along with what types of units and potentially spells. I am quite certain the Kraken pretender God should be much cheaper for them. but I would love to hear all of your ideas.

Substantial Pulp Antiquity Update

I don't really update my presets unless I have substantial ideas or very good quality of life improvements which I have both of for this. this includes Roman Patrician families borrowed from Rome, total war and adapted to the setting and comprehensive AI priorities for world events so the world's a slightly less of a madhouse, but still keeps the interesting elements

If anyone has any feedback or ideas I would love to hear them or if you have any stories from playing this preset I would especially love to hear them

You can get every total war game on Steam except this one. I know it's never been on pc but, I don't think that's much of a hurdle and the Archimedes mission could use a good once over. I'm dumb so emulation is not possible for me, so when I want to play it I have to whip out my Xbox and pray it still works.
If anyone hasn't played it I highly recommend it... but FUCK ARCHIMEDES!!!!
