Advice on a new business venture

Hi everyone! I need some advice,

I’ve been thinking about starting service that helps other women who have a business idea, and have the skills, but need help launching!

I would target businesses in the beauty/wellness space and potentially branch out.
For example, a lash technician who just got certified and wants to start getting clients.

I would help her build her…
- brand identity, strategy, and visuals (logo, colors, fonts, imagery)
- build her website/booking system and socials
- create content with videos, professional photos, and post templates + email marketing

I would offer these services as 3 different packages, with the 4th package being the full, complete launch!

as well as other pieces of the business launch, like building client forms, referral programs, policies, FAQs etc

As business owners, is this something you wouldve invested in? or considered? What do you think? Is this a good idea?

thank you for your advice!

How can I match my natural hair color?

Here is my current color! My roots are my natural hair color, and I want to go back to dark and do it DIY.
How should I go about this? I think my natural hair color is a level 2, and the rest is a level 6-7. Thank you in advance for your advice!

Help! Straightened hair breaking when I comb it?

Hello!

I naturally have curly hair (3b) and rotate with curly and straight hair styles.

I have my hair straightened currently, and every night I put some oil on it (my hair is a bit dry) to help me comb it out. Regardless of this, its painful! bits of my hair are being broken off everytime I comb it.

I’m wondering if it might be the brush im using. I’ve used a wide tooth comb, and that was awful. Ive used my denman brush (i’ll attach a photo) and it was better, but still breaking my hair.

What kind of comb is recommended for straight hair? or is there another reason my hair might be breaking?

Let me know what you guys think, thank you!

Wondering about someone who speaks in riddles

Hi everyone!

There's someone in my neighborhood who i see pretty often because I walk a lot
He speaks in a sort of riddle, and talks to himself

whenever I pass him, he starts talking to me in a collection of assorted sentences and I can never understand what he's talking about!
For example, I just crossed passed with him a few moments ago:

"Croatia? Ghana? yes west africa. you're 27! dont you know the virus??"

He can communicate normally as well, I've bumped into him at a coffee shop before and heard him order in-between talking in riddles
He's very nice, and im curious why he speaks the way he does

does anyone know or have any ideas?
