I was in the store last week, and I overheard an exchange between a customer and a staff member. The staff member sounded very sincere and engaged, helping the customer find what they were looking for.

This led me to think back on the last several years of visiting the store, and my interactions with the staff have been very good. Unlike in other places, I can actually find staff to help me, and when I do, they know their stuff!

So let me take a moment to say “thank you” to any HF staff that may frequent this sub, especially in the Houston area. The tools and the prices may get most of the glory, but you deserve some too!

Hello all!

I got my Flash in March so some of this is still new to me.

Sometimes while driving I hear a double tone, kinda like Law and Order but slower. I do not have any lights or messages on my instrument cluster or the center screen. I’m at a loss.

Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you!

EDIT: Thank you all! I’ll be sure to go and look at this setting. Weird that it’s broadcasting through CarPlay.
