Not sure if it's the correct subreddit for this but while doing pull ups as I descend down after going up I have a sharp pain in my left shoulder thou in Normal movements it doesn't have any soreness or Hurts or anything what could be the reason? Should I just "We ball" this shi and continue doing pull ups? ( This community requires diet )
What is best brand to buy bootcut from as 5'9 tall as most of the brands offer (40-full length) which might be more for me and getting it tailored will make it lose its "Bootcut".
