Apartment app fees
Tbh my credit is non existent in this ripe day and age (I'm a late twenty something that never got a bank account and cared about credit /untilnow/) & I have been getting kicked down by apartment places & their application fees (non refundable ofc) due to lack of credit.
Is there anywhere in the Ptown/Heights that is willing to work with someone like myself? I bring home 3x the rent of most of the places around here also.
I knew I was cooked when regency turned me down
