Is your job plan tailored and updated?

I’ve just been moved to a job provider; and been made to sign a job plan on the spot. The workforce Australia website says it would be tailored to my circumstances. I am wondering if mine has been tailored?

Before being moved to the provider, I started studying a VET course that’s under 12 months, and in a course that’s government subsidised. It’s also a skills shortage area.

I told the provider. But there’s nothing about this study on my job plan.

It just says I have to attend all appointments and interviews, I have to accept any job offer, I have to act appropriately at appointments and interviews, I have to meet whatever points target and job search the provider tells me I have. And I will have to work for the dole if I don’t have approved activity after a few months.

Wondering how ‘tailored’ other people job plans are? Do they update them for you when your circumstances change?

Looking to hear your journey-successful GP adhd and coexisting diagnosis & treatment QLD

In Queensland, any specialised GP can diagnose and treat ADHD as a December last year.

As a self suspecting neuro divergent (adhd, some autistic traits), with previous doctor assessment for depression and anxiety (I feel these are situational and environmental; and not primary driver) - I’m looking pathway via GP for neuro divergent diagnosis and medication.

I’m wondering about how others journeys through GP process has been?

The successes and the barriers.

Is there difficulty with possible coexisting conditions?

Thank you all x
