My moms fiat 500 has began swelling around the dashboard airbag. Is there a way to prevent it from ripping up the dashboard?

Hey everyone,
I'm trying to order the parts for maintenance(oil, oil filter, air filter , cabin filters, rear drum brakes) for my mothers 2014 Fiat 500 1.2L gq (gasoline), but online parts stores (like Autodoc) are giving me a massive headache with conflicting info.
When searching by my VIN,
Some filters show outer diameter ~65,5mm, Others show outer diameter ~96mm, all marked as “fitting for my vehicle”.
Since my car is a 2014 model, I want to make sure I don't buy the wrong size and get stuck mid-job. Free online ePER catalogs aren't recognizing my 2014 VIN either. The book that came with the car is no help either.
My questions for you guys:
Here are my car's details just in case:
Model: Fiat 500 sport 1.2 / 69 HP
Build year: 2014
Vin: ZFA3120000J214869
Model: 1500S33
Chassis: 0J214869
Any help would be greatly appreciated because I’ve been looking for a good while. Thx
How do you guys find the right part-numbers? AUTODOC gives me 3 different sizes after searching for the specific car. Do I really always need to check the part that’s on the car before ordering it?
Hey everyone,
I’m having a very specific and frustrating issue with my HP Pavilion 15. The laptop runs completely fine normally, but if it goes into sleep mode after a period of inactivity, things go weird when I wake it back up.
As soon as it wakes up from sleep, the laptop screen starts flickering/blinking, but only when I move my cursor on the touchpad. If I stop moving the mouse, the flickering stops immediately.
Here is what I’ve observed and tested so far:
I think it only happens on battery power: I'm pretty sure this doesn't happen when the laptop is plugged into the charger. It seems to only trigger when running on battery.
External monitor works perfectly: When I connect the laptop to a TV via HDMI, the external screen works flawlessly with zero flickering, but the built-in laptop screen keeps flashing whenever the cursor moves.
It seems purely software/driver related: Moving the laptop lid back and forth (opening/closing it more) makes absolutely no difference at all. The screen itself seems great and the laptop states the battery seem healthy. It really is tied directly to the cursor movement.
Rebooting fixes it: If I fully restart the laptop, the issue completely disappears and everything works perfectly fine again, until the next time it goes to sleep. (I don’t mean the second it goes black but when it has been left alone or just closed for like 10 minutes.
(It's really frustrating for school; closing my laptop during breaks means I have to reboot it later, which completely wipes my workflow and closes all my open tabs and apps.)
What I already tried (didn't help):
Pressing Win + Ctrl + Shift + B to reset the graphics driver while it's happening doesn't fix it.
I already have Fast Startup disabled in Windows.
Has anyone experienced this before with an HP Pavilion or Windows? Any ideas on how to fix this permanently without having to reboot every time my laptop takes a nap on battery?
If someone can help me I would greatly appreciate it.
(If a solution carries any risks, please still share it! I really want to fix this, but let me know its risks since I’m in the middle of my exams I can’t afford to mess up my laptop till after my exams)
Thanks in advance!
