OSAP gave me $0, how am I supposed to pay my tuition?

I’m entering my 3rd year of Nursing and recently applied for OSAP, but I was assessed for $0. I work part-time, but I don’t make enough to cover my tuition on my own.

There was also an issue with my mom’s tax information that she’s been trying to resolve with the CRA for the past few weeks, so I’m pretty sure that’s affecting my application. My brother is entering his 1st year and received OSAP, so I’m confused about why I received nothing.

I genuinely can’t afford to pay my tuition out of pocket, as I receive no financial help from my parents. Are there any options for me? I’m really not sure what to do.

Face darker than body on Accutane?

I’m F20, taking 56mg of absorbica. I started with 56mg every 2 days for two weeks and now im taking 56 mg daily. I’m black and have a dark skin tone, however since taking accutane daily, my face has gotten extremely dark compared to my chest/arms and the rest of my body. I reapply spf.

It makes me feel more insecure than my acne itself. I feel like i look like a freak. At least with makeup, i can hide the discolouration but i don’t always want to wear makeup. Is this normal? I’m black so i’ve never really purposely “tanned” my body, so im unsure how to go about it without making my face even darker. Is this the right solution to have my body match my face?

should i give up on spiro?

have a derm appointment next week and I’ve been on spiro since September. started at 25mg, then 50mg, 100mg, and now 125mg, and I’m still breaking out.
my acne has never been super severe, but it’s been very persistent. I get around 2–3 pimples every few days, and they clear fairly fast but always leave behind scars/hyperpigmentation.
I’m also on a topical retinoid and azelaic acid, but I haven’t really seen much improvement in my skin texture or pigmentation from them either. my derm is suggesting accutane, but I’m honestly really nervous about the side effects. I asked about going up to 150mg of spiro first, but she said if I’m not improving on 125mg, 150mg probably won’t make a big difference.
it’s frustrating because my acne isn’t severe, and yet it feels so persistent compared to people with worse acne who seem to get results faster.
I honestly just feel a bit stuck because it feels like I’ve tried a lot and nothing fully works for me.

has anyone been in a similar situation? any advice would be appreciated
