Perogative is a word that no longer exists.

Prerogative is a word that sounds similar but has a completely different definition than Perogative and was reported as a misspelling in an earlier thread on this sub.

Prerogative means privilege or right or entitlement.

Perogative pronounced Purr-ogative is almost the complete opposite of that definition. A perogative was a duty, a responsibility, and intrinsic obligation. Something that you had to do. It doesn't mean privilege. It was akin to having to clean up after yourself. That was your perogative. You have to go to work. Go to school. Pay your taxes. Those are perogatives.

It was very much the opposite of "Pre"-rogative. Prerogatives are you entitlements and rights. Perogatives are your obligations and duties.

Perogative is not a misspelling of Prerogative. Perogative is a word that no longer exists. This has me shook to the core.

Ending Social Security and replacing it with UBI would be a much needed dose of generational justice.

For 50 years Boomers have voted to cut taxes for themselves and passed the bills on their children. Now they want to raise taxes on Millennials and Gen-Z to pay for their already luxurious retirements that include pensions that they also voted to eliminate for young but kept for themselves. They have been raiding the Social Security Trust fund for decades and now they are surprised Pikachu face that the fund will be bankrupt by 2033 and they expect rob their children yet again to keep the scam going.

A transfer payment from the poorest generation to the richest generation is not only immoral and unconscionable it likely impossible. There isn't enough wealth in that tiny sliver of millennial and Gen-Z pie left to satiate the greed of the Boomers. They already stole all the wealth. There is only one real solution that is actually doable. That is to get rid of social security. Not privatize it. Shut it down entirely. It's time is done. It is time is over. The Boomers killed it. We are just cleaning up their mess.

In its place will arise UBI so nobody acutally starves in the streets be they young or old. It will be a more fair and equitable system that does not discriminate based on age. The rich will be made to pay for the UBI along with a tax on robots and AI. Wealthy Boomers and Gen-X will shoulder most of this burden. About two thirds of the Boomer pie needs to be redistributed back the younger generations so they can raise families of their own and actually begin living life. Do not mourn the death of social security. It was always a Ponsi scheme that would eventually run dry. The system that replaces it will be ten times better and more fair to all people.

They always tell us ahead of time what they are about to do.

Submission statement: The backdrop behind the UFC arena matches the Emergency Broadcast System pattern exactly. Are they predicatively programming us for a emergency event in the near future that will require the use of the Emergency Broadcast system. It is definitely a possibility in the near future with the way the war is going.

The Normie plausible deniability explanation is they always put this up before a UFC show to test the cameras and lighting. This explanation doesn't make any sense because it is so huge it is going to diffuse the light and in effect change the colors of everything around it. If you stand inside a pink tent then everything inside the tent ends up looking pick due to the light diffusion. Using this large of a backdrop pattern would make it harder to tune the cameras because the backdrop itself will diffuse colors everywhere and make everything seem off color.

How a good lawyer could get Karmelo Anthony off the hook.

Those who have been following the Karmelo Anthony trial may think that the defense is cooked but I don't think it is. There are very strong and compelling arguments that can be made by a highly competent lawyer.

The defense should argue a legal precedence case. The court has an obligation to examine previous case law when applying current legal proceedings. That failure to do so would lead to a two tier justice system. As such the defense should argue that the jury should acquit Karmelo Anthony in order to prevent unequal justice.

The first precedence case that should be mentioned is the Bernhard Goetz case from 1984. On a New York subway four black teens walked up to Bernhard Goetz and asked him for five dollars. Mr Goetz pulled out a gun and shot all four of them. One teen did not die immediately but ran away. Goetz followed him and shot him a second time saying something to the effect "here have another." This went to trial and Mr Goetz was actually acquitted on the grounds of self defense. The teens never actually touched Mr Goetz. They just walked up to him and asked for money. The defense successfully argued that the mere presence of the teens walking up Mr Goetz was a threatening enough situation to justify the use of force. Mr Goetz had the street smarts to understand what was actually happening to him. It was a robbery and he didn't have to wait for them put their hands on him in order to preempt their attacks. The implied threat alone is enough to justify force and this argument held up in court. How this relates to Karmelo Anthony is that when the Metcalf brothers walked up to him and asked him to leave that it was no different than the teens who walked up on Bernhard Goetz in 1984. That it was a threatening and dangerous situation that warranted the use of force due to being outnumbered. If Mr. Goetz was allowed to defend himself in such a situation than so should Karmelo Anthony. To reject this reasoning is create a two justice system where some people are more equal than others.

The second case that should be brought up as legal precedence is the George Zimmerman v Trayvon Martin case from 2012. In that case an unarmed Trayvon Martin was confronted by George Zimmerman who accused him of being a burglar. A few minutes before approaching Zimmerman called the police and told the dispatcher he a spotted a burglar. Dispatch told Zimmerman not to follow the suspect and that they would send an officer to investigate. Zimmerman ignored the dispatcher's instructions and initiated a confrontation with Martin as part of his job as a neighborhood watchman. In the confrontation Trayvon Martin became violent and punched Zimmerman breaking his nose and pushing him to the ground. Zimmerman then pulled out a gun and shot Trayvon Martin dead. Zimmerman successfully argued self defense despite being the initiator of the conflict and going against police instructions. The jury should be reminded how strong self defense laws actually are. If Zimmerman can be acquitted then Karmelo Anthony deserves to be acquitted as well. To do otherwise would be a case of unequal justice.

A third case that can be brought up is Daniel Penny v Jordan Neely. In May of 2023 Daniel penny strangled a mentally ill homeless man who was screaming at passengers on the subway. Daniel Penny was initially not involved in the verbal conflict between Neely and other passengers. Without saying a single word to Neely, Daniel Penny walked up behind Neely and put him in a chokehold for roughly four minutes. Neely died at the scene due to a blocked airway. Penny's defense lawyers argued that this was a case of self defense despite not being involved he did it on behalf of the safety of other people even though Neely had not been violent. The jury agreed and acquitted Penny. This happened in a state where they no longer even have self defense laws. The argument was made on the greater body of law that the right to self defense is so universal that it can be implied even if it is not codified directly within local laws. Self defense is effectively a human right. If self defense is a human right regardless of local laws than Karmelo Anthony MUST be acquitted on the grounds of equal protection of the law. To do otherwise creates unequal and unethical justice.

Closing argument. If the case law of Goetz, Zimmerman, and Daniel Penny is considered in their totality then Karmelo Anthony must be found not guilty. The jury must understand that self defense is a human right in the greater body of law. That Karmelo Anthony has a right to the equal protection of the law. The court has a duty to uphold legal case law in order to prevent a two tier justice system from forming. It should be understood by all involved that this case here will have as a profound of a societal impact as the Dread Scott decision or Plessy v Ferguson. That to convict Karmelo Anthony now would assuredly create two tier justice system where some people are allowed to use self defense and others not. If Mr Goetz, Zimmerman, and Penny can be protected by self defense legality than Karmelo Anthony deserves to stand in their company.

Artificial General Intelligence "AGI" will either destroy humanity or free humanity. We either get abundance or collapse. The difference between the two outcomes is weather or not we get UBI.

Lights, Camera, Action... Fool them again Max.

Submission statement: We have seen the episode before.

How are people still fooled by this clown show? What you are seeing in the news about the Hanata Virus is completely fake. Remember the covid narrative started on a [cruise ship](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/COVID-19\_pandemic\_on\_Diamond\_Princess) that was subsequently quarantined. It is the perfect controlled environment with no public access to stage a hoax. They can just do what they want on the ship and say whatever they please. Nobody can verify what they are saying. We just have to trust them. How about no. There is zero reason to trust these proven liars after what they did with Covid. All the covid skeptics were proven right and will be proven right again.
