Trying to finalize, need help

So I've been working on a project for a bit and I'm at a point where I need to have the app portion I've made in lovable working outside of the lovable platform, but it's not ready to publish. (Need to do testing and while working with my hardware, I've determined the web interface is the primary source of the issues)

So while trying to build the app in Android studio, I have encountered absolutely nothing but errors. I spent all day yesterday using Gemini to try and correct the issues to no avail. I've been able to get it to the APK stage, but it just hangs on launch.

I need a better way to get this part done. Any suggestions would be great. My project is 99% through prototype at this point and once I can get it done here I can move to revision and get the hardware re-worked. But I need to make sure the app works as it should as it's kind of integral.

Best replit at home experience w/o replit?

Okay, I've been working on a project in replit for a bit now. It's starting to get a little large and I'm wondering if I would be better served moving it local.

Let me preface this by saying, I am not a programmer. I do not understand code or coding. I have a better chance of deciphering spaghetti tossed on the side of a refrigerator.

Now, I've been trying to replicate replit at home using ollama and visual studio thanks to Gemini.

So far, it isn't really working. I know I have the hardware for it. I was able to get my project to spin up but it still wanted me to edit sections of it instead of the way replit does. I have the live preview plug-in already as well.

So, is this as good as it gets? Is it really replit or bust? Or am I close and just don't know it?

For reference, I'm making a TCG. It's been in physical development for years and with the advent of vibe coding, I felt it was finally time to move it to digital.

So far, in replit, it works well. But I feel like it's going to start bloating up and costing way more than I'm going to be able to spend at some point ... Soon.

Advice is desperately needed.

As a preface, this rant applies mostly to clips/clipping, but can apply to the general content we make.

Okay so.... Maybe I'm old... Maybe I'm too generous in thinking this way...

Why do we, the content creators, have to / need to, tell people to do the things they already know (or really should already know) how to do at this point in their internet lives?

"Don't forget to like, subscribe, or find our show on Xyz platform"

Are people REALLY that dumb? (Wow ... I actually typed that......)

I mean I get that people are busy and have low attention spans, but holy carp ... If someone stumbles onto something they like, do they really not bother to do the things anymore just to either grab the channel, look them up, or see what else they offer?

Is the mindset of "Oh, this interests me, I wonder what else they have?" Really gone?

I accept that we are very much on the Idiocracy timeline (I still blame that damn gorilla, R.I.P. Harambee) but my gawd .....

Am I really alone in this thinking? It feels like begging and pandering.

So a few days ago (literally like Wednesday night), I had made a new preset. I was trying a "king of the hill" set up.

Had it set on the new hot stepper map, 5 teams of 2, 4 ai teams in the corner, and the 2 man human team in the middle.

Custom settings to allow for legion, scav units, evo comes, assist drones, build turret, mods to economy (global), community patch, unit turn speed, radar distance, and shield power, lava waves disabled, and random ffa placement off.

We had run matches the other night, as well as Thursday and I did a solo (skirmish) run Friday.

Fast forward to last night, I load up the preset, hit go, and I Keep getting "Unable to start game, inconsistent team/ID configuration for player or AI bot"

So, am I overlooking something? Did something change? I have 2 other presets that, while admittedly less complicated, I've used for a while, but have not checked yet. But this is a fun one and I'd love to get it working again.
