We currently have all spaces filled in and looking to expand into the Championship to have a promotion tier system.

HOW OCM WORKS

You will first be given a team once one becomes available. The team will either be the base squad or a slightly different squad depending on if there was a manager before you.

You will be given a budget depending on what league you are in and you can negotiate and buy players in the ocm from other managers.

Everyday, an admin will release your fixtures, these will be played on online friendlies on fifa. To use players you have signed, you must go to fifa settings, then edit teams, then club transfers. You must then transfer your signed players to the club you have been given. Then to play with these players, you must make the squad type custom on the online friendlies menu.

⚽ ONLINE CAREER MODE — HOW IT WORKS

Ever wanted to manage your own football club? Build your squad, make transfers, manage your budget and compete against other managers in our FIFA Online Career Mode! We are using the English Premier league and hope to expand!

🏟️ 1️⃣ GET YOUR CLUB

Once a team becomes available, you’ll be assigned a club. Depending on whether the club had a previous manager, you may receive the original squad or a slightly different squad.

💰 2️⃣ BUILD YOUR SQUAD

You’ll receive a budget based on the league you’re competing in. Use your budget wisely and negotiate transfers with other managers to strengthen your team.

📅 3️⃣ PLAY YOUR FIXTURES

Every day, an admin will release the fixtures. Matches are played through Online Friendlies on FIFA, putting you head-to-head against other managers.

🔄 4️⃣ ADD YOUR SIGNINGS

After signing a player, go to:

FIFA Settings → Edit Teams → Club Transfers

Transfer your newly signed players to the club you have been assigned.

🎮 5️⃣ USE YOUR CUSTOM SQUAD

When playing your fixtures, make sure your squad type is set to CUSTOM in the Online Friendlies menu so you can use your updated squad.
