35M 6'0" 2 years between the photos and 182lbs in both

I thought it was funny that two years ago I weighed exactly what I do now but I look and feel completely different.

The majority of the time ive lifted ive used a simple 3 day ppl routine. Lately ive been encountering a plateu so ive added in a 4th flex day to hit my neglected areas and run a couple days of the week.

Pro tip: Get leg day over with on Monday 😂

To anyone who hates leg day as much as I do... I feel like knocking it outa the way early in the week has made my week better. Lol

M/35/6'0" [178 > 182= +4lbs] (1 year) Slow gains

Been following a similar 3 day ppl split routine over the last 3 years or so but my progress has really slowed over the last year. I recently added a flex day to my roitine to target areas that are lacking. What are some life hacks you all have used to get over your plateaus?
