PGT-A results in: 1 euploid, 1 non-informative, 3 aneuploid. Looking for experiences retesting non-informative & Day 6 4BB success!

Hi everyone,
Just got our PGT-A results back from our cycle, and out of 5 embryos tested, here is where we stand:
1 Euploid (Day 6, grade 4BB)
1 Non-informative (Day 6, grade 4BA)
3 Aneuploid
I’m feeling a mix of emotions right now. On one hand, I’m so grateful to have one chromosomally healthy embryo ready to go. On the other hand, I’m trying to figure out what to do about our non-informative one, and hoping to hear from others who have been in a similar spot.
A couple of questions for this amazing community:
1. Has anyone had a "non-informative" embryo result? What was your next step? Did you decide to thaw, re-biopsy, and retest it? If you did retest, did it come back euploid, or did it end up being abnormal/damaged from the re-biopsy?
2. Success with Day 6 4BB transfers? For those who transferred a single Day 6, 4BB euploid embryo, how did your transfer turn out?
Would love to hear your experiences, advice, or any success stories with similar results! Thanks so much in advance. ❤️

HR said they forwarded my reference checks to the manager and would update me early this week. Does this sound like a rejection?

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some insight from people who have been through this hiring process.
After my interview, HR contacted my references, and they all gave me very positive feedback. Then I received an email from HR saying that she had forwarded my reference checks to the hiring manager and that they would communicate on Monday (early this week). She also said she would update me afterward with the next steps.
I’m now waiting and getting anxious.
Does this wording usually mean they’re leaning toward hiring me, or could it still end up being a rejection?
Also, if they had already decided not to hire me, why wouldn’t they just reject me right away instead of forwarding the references to the manager and saying they’d update me after discussing everything?
I’d appreciate hearing about your experiences. Thanks!

References were contacted last week but still no offer. Should I be worried?

I had a phone interview with HR, then an interview with the hiring manager. She told me it wasn’t really an interview, more of a casual conversation because I already had what they were looking for. They asked for my references right after, and all of them completed their references last week.
It’s now been about a week, and I still haven’t heard anything. Is this normal, or should I start worrying? Has anyone else had a similar experience where references were checked and the offer came several days later?

No Day 5 blastocysts… anyone have success with Day 6?

Hi everyone,
I’m 36 and got my Day 5 update today. None of my 6 embryos have reached the blastocyst stage yet, but the clinic said they’re still developing and will culture them overnight and update me tomorrow.
On Day 3, I had:
4 × 8C1
1 × 6C1
1 × 4C1
I’m feeling pretty discouraged. Has anyone had no Day 5 blastocysts but ended up with Day 6 blastocysts? Did any lead to a successful pregnancy?
The waiting is so hard. I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences.

New CarePartners RN Offer – $35.36/Visit, Wondering About Average Daily Visit Volumes

Hi everyone,
I recently received an offer from CarePartners as a Community/Visiting Registered Nurse in Ontario. The compensation is $35.36 per general visit, and I’ve been told I may also get some palliative care visits here and there.
I’m trying to get a realistic idea of what the workload looks like before making a final decision.
For those currently working (or who have worked) at CarePartners:
How many patient visits do you typically complete in a day?
Do you generally get enough visits to make the position financially worthwhile?
