Could I please get some recommendations for visual novels with romance and character customization? I would like to be able to play as a woman, set my own name, and have dialogue options. (I hope I'm explaining this well, basically I like it when you can self insert)

I have some deep self harm scars on my upper arm. They aren't super old, they're still red, but they have healed. Sometimes they hurt, is that normal or should I be freaking out? I'm kind of worried.
