Student at UT Austin

I am planning on taking the Economics B.S. major and I was hoping a current economics B.S. student could reach out/let me reach out to ask them some questions about the program?

Questions with Series 7

Hey guys. I recently just passed the SIE and I was wondering if I could possibly be sponsored by a firm in an internship or if it would have to be a full/part time role. For some context I am a college sophomore. Any advice would be appreciated!

Foreign Language Requirements

Hey yall, I am an incoming nyu student and I was just wondering if anyone could give me some insight as to how easy/hard the foreign language requirements are? Also, I was wondering if the intermediary Spanish classes were similar to the elementary Spanish classes or if the gap between the two is much larger?

How hard is math for UT Econ BS?

I was wondering what the highest level of math the ECON BS major at UT had to complete to mentally prepare myself. Any input is greatly appreciated.

NYU Econ vs USC Business Admin vs UT Econ vs IU Finance

I am currently a freshman at IU Kelley, but the atmosphere here honestly isn’t for me. I am stuck between NYU Econ, USC bus admin, and UT Econ. I would love your feedback and any insight is appreciated. Thank you all!

UT Austin Econ vs IU Kelley Finance

Just got into UT Austin which is something I have been praying for a while, but it was for Econ instead of finance. I was just wondering if I could get some feedback regarding whether it would be better to transfer to UT (which is instate for me) or stay at IU. I am someone that is trying to go into wealth management/investment management. Any feedback is helpful! 😃
