Is cash king on the island? I haven’t been in almost 20 years. Do you tip people? And if so how much.

Have been a verizon wireless customer for almost 27 years. Where I am in NY its the only one that works, well did work. I constantly am going from 5GUW to 5G to LTE to SOS to back to 5G. I have reset everything, I have had them 'reprovision' my account, everything. My family also has Verizon with ZERO issues. Has anyone had a solution to this?

Does anyone ever get this resolved? For 10 months service was just like post paid Verizon. Now it’s like I’m using cricket wireless. I have a new phone, my wife sitting next to me in the car has zero issues in the same places. I have spent hours on chat literally trying to get this resolved. How many times can you re-provision my account? Something is above the tech level im dealing with.

So I spent three house last week on the “chat”. My phone which is new constantly loses all signal. The signal goes full bars then no bars SOS then back to full signal. This is only recently and it’s not an issue with the phone as my old phone I had replaced did the same thing. I am in line of sight of the cell towers as well. No idea why this is happening all of a sudden.

Have a friend who’s looking for an aggressive child custody attorney for the father. Case is in Westchester.

I am out of nowhere having data issues. Voice is fine but data I can’t retrieve email or use any apps. I know it’s not the phone as I just had it replaced. I just spent 20 minutes waiting for an agent they did something I rushed to go about my day and now I can’t make calls either!!!!

Do the 18” spares fit the hybrids with the 19” wheels? Just caught a flat and not gonna deal with that shit again.

I have the supplied router and extenders. They just suck. I can’t get upload speeds above 120megs. I have 1 gig speed and in proximity to them get 650 down on WiFi but up speeds are just awful. I was told to maybe put a switch between the router and extenders as they are all hardwired but I don’t see how that solves anything.

Any pointers?

I spent 2 hours on phone and it was a complete waste of time. I am I would say above avg in networking. The tech suggested turning off automatic networking, and renaming 5ghz band but that doesn’t work for me I have the same ssid in every place I go and my family does the same so it’s easy to remember.

Who remembers it? What happened to it? They used to make these twist breads my mother and I would get a 1/4 pound of vegetable cream cheese and eat the whole thing in the parking lot.
