When you guys first experienced this did you get your testosterone levels tested at the beginning ?

Im curious if they presented as normal for some of you yet still had symptoms or did it present as low ?

Saw palmetto issue DHT

Been taking DHT blocker saw palmetto every day for 4-5 years, no issue and achully better errection quality, I decided to randomly stop taking it and 2 weeks later I crashed, my d shrank, shaking, went to A&E hospital cause I was so low and scared, I went back on It for 2 weeks and all my issues went away, I tried to ween off it every two weeks since but on half the dose ( one tab A day ) but too quick and crashed again, my mood is unbearable low an everyday sucks and my dick has zero feeling in the the sensitive parts like its broken, thinking of going back on one a day for a few weeks or two-3 months to stabilise then ween off over the span of many months super slow to give my body time to adapt as it feels like I’m rushing it to quickly With the taper maybe… really weird situation

Fluxotine 4 + years with no side effcts ...

Been on fluxotine 4+ years no side effcts. When i try and go up to 20mg a day it gave me temporary ED which went away when I went back down to 10m. I wonder if I'm safe FROM PSSD IF I ever decided to stop.

Additionally i have been on long term ssris for years on and off since 14 and never had an issue with PSSD weirdly.

Healing

The worst part is a lack of emotions or ability to relax, I dont even care if I have permanent inability to get hard ever again, I just hope I can heal emotionally, any success stories ?

Has anyone who is super seriously suffering considered or reserched this ? ...

Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) do you own research but I heard it rewires the brain. Might help thoughs who are "close to giving up" with severe PFS ? just a suggestion to maybe look into apologies if comes across insensitive
