We have am Eletta model and we do regular cleaning, descaling, pulling apart the hour milk carafe and we all seem to be getting little froth. We use mainly Certified Organic Almond or Oak Milk. These milks are mainly water, done know these would cause issues.
The machine is just over 12 months old, still under warranty, purchased in Amazon.
Not sure what to do now.

Have been having battery drain issues, BUT also just discovered that after mop washing the mops are completely COLD, NOT even a fraction warm.
How can I check that my mova V50 is actually heating the water?
I have high temp settings on. I did have Smart Mop Washing turned on with High Temp Water set, but i have cold mops?
I've just turned Smart Mop Washing off, left high temp on. Is the this why it wasn't working?

Just picked up a V50 Ultra, done a few full recharges.
It was a ex display model on the shelf. Unused of course.
Finding it drains from 100 to 80 super fast, and in general it's draining fast.
Normal mode is vac on std power, and mopping I've tried standard, ontensive and deep, all modes drain much the same.
Anyone else having high battery drain? Is this typical?
I've find the mopping on standard mises so much area and doesn't clean well. Intensive and deep are kinda required. This is on polished porcelain white tone tiles.

Have been looking for a Roller mop, but they seem to have a heap more maintenance required, so thought I'd trial a spinning mop for my first robot. Seems the rollers still have more development to go, plan to get a second use in a year time, moving the s mova upstairs then.
I need it for porcelain polished tile floors and done bamboo flooring. My tiles can vary 1mm between tiles in some areas.
Just ordered a V50 Ultra, bit missed that is only for 8N if downward force. Concerned this will not be enough force.
Would i be better off with the P50 Pro Ultra which is actually lower is cost worth 12N downward force?
I so want the better navigation model, I don't need the lift feature. No carpets.
Main cleaning is dusty floors, footprints from a small indoor dog. Typical kitchen splashes, sauce, water stains from treading over with dirty shoes. Winter wet shoes mess, no huge mud stains.

After vacumming and mopping tiled floors mainly, some bamboo timber flooring.
Been chasing a low 85mm and under option to get under kickboards, bit might just go mid range instead and get upright for the kitchen area as the kitchen is Always a mess.
Been looking at the
Dreame Aqua10 Roller or Aqua10 Ultra Roller but lots of poor quality and reliability issues.
