im 36 and last year was injured by prednisone and a fall. been 1 year in out of crutches batel walking. dobe many different pt and mri no clue why and my pelvis is still rotated . I havent been able to run and bike is hare on my si joint. feeling helpless. i miss it so much . i feel fat and no mucle tone. as anyone ever came bac to running after stopping for a year now or that have had a mysterious injury that stopped them from running but finally find why and ran again. please send hope. i feel so left out from life and like i was killed inside. thank u

last year i had both a fall and high dosage of prednisone. i lost muscle unilaterally and got gluteal tendinopathy and knee effusion. through the last 12 months my posture derailed and i suddenly have a pelvic rotation with pain in both my knees back and si joint and my leg seems longer. i have done tons of physio and add mris in back hips and knees.physici rapport been not really clear and conflicting. i don’t want to ask thw same doctor and would like to know where i can have a 2nd analysis of my mri IMAGING and not a reading of the same rapport. id love to go private . thank

i have tendinopathy grade 3 of my right gluteus medius… done pt no more pain by my gait is still the same and my hip still onstable. wondering if grade 3 tendinopathy are way too streched or broken to ever stabilise the hip like before. thank u

i am sorry but i feel like this is not working. i bave spent my life envisioning my future and fee the right emotion. then came covid and the inforced vaccine. i developed extreme eczema. then after 3 years of total pain my mother inforced me to get prednisone. it totally destroyed ( im sorry i know we shouldn’t use such word but im upset of not finding any answers or anything) my body. from a thin runner full of dreams and clear goals super careful about my positivity and what i put in my body and mind i become something i don’t even know. i gained 35 lbs injured my liver caused tendon damage everywhere have pain because i loss 1 cm muscle one side of my body. i cant barely walk because my leg is suddenly longer and my back pelvis knees are aching. yet no one knows why and in canada you have to fight to just get a mri from one part of the body. i also developped nerve issues like 2 days ago i went numb on one part of my face . the doctor told me that is request was stopped by the specialist who saw me 1 year ago ( of course when symptoms were barely there). i cant work and cant run i barely can walk. the worst is all the doors of my dreams are suddenly open yet because im now all stock with this i cant accept or live them. ive spent night and day feeling it. it actually got worste. i registerrd for the group coherance healing only too … the day i was to get healed i had to rush to the emergency because of sudden numbness and other issues.

i fed up . i was in perfect health . and why can’t anyone help me? i spent all my savings on this. the wore is that i truly belived in life and the power of creation. it hurts caused i trusted everything so much that its a shock that it has getten worse.

why being shown what you want if you loose all in the meantime . where is justice? From what i understand i shou have lied and do like my friends who paid for a fake vaccine . why did i spend so many efforts on things that im not even allowed to have

i would like to know anything about things mm suggest regarding my issues.

last year i was given prednisone for a eczema issue that started 2 years prior vx c19.

after 24h i started having extreme reactions… that continued despite stopp after 2 weeks. i lost one side mucle mass ( neuro tested said not neurologi) . since then i did recover alot muscle mass but i continue to have rendom numbness.

i also developed fatty liver despite being low fat mostly raw vegan for 12 years.

2 days ago i woke up with feeling like my eyelid is heavy and since then feeling kinda numb around it ( lightly). i also am seing small grey black dots very view especially in the morning.

i am waiting for doctor appointment soon but going nuts thinking it could be ms or some neuro issues.

what supplements or tips or foods are suggested regarding to this except of course detox & eating mm principles ( celery and none ot the toxic foods).

For 1 year now ive had longer leg ( feeling it only xray said 0.6 ) . Everything started post prednisone where i had one side muscle loss ( yes weird 1 cm on my right ) tendinopathy 3 places on that same side and a fall on my right knee. First started to have valgus knee then within a month i felt like my leg grew longer. I did pt a lot to heal the tendinopathies and rebuild muscles mass on that side. But im still with a longer leg despite all. Im going nuts i used to be a runner but now in pain. I founf that everytime a pt or doctor plays with my knee it takes 2 weeks to go back normal but then again i had 2 mri with no tear ( only said might have been small strain in the past ). I was also told troughs sound wave that I had all my ligaments but that they were loose. I don’t know what to do. Should i go see ortopedist or are overstretched ligament / tendon of knees possible to heal/shorten. Thank you
