Which religions are waiting for a future figure/prophet

Recently I went on the rabbit hole of looking at the Buddhas, and I discovered Maitreya. It got me thinking about the concept of the current religions that are waiting for a prophet.

In my research I found the future prophet from Judaism, the return of Jesus, and the Quran saying that there will be no more prophet of the islam.

But I want to know if this is a trend in religions or if I'm imagining it, so which religions are waiting for a future figure?

Thanks for any response or clarification. I'm not knowledgeable in religions so sorry for any mistakes.

Does getting some dark side points ruin my light side playthrough?

I'm currently still in Teris and I want to do a full light side playthrough, but I want to fight Bendak, and from what I researched I'll get dark side points for doing it. Does getting those points lock me out of something

Also sorry for posting so much, this is my fourth post in 3 days, I'm just enjoying the game and don't want to ruin a playthrough.

I lost a conversation did a miss anything important?

So in Taris in the Javyar cantina, I saw a cutscene with a girl being harassed and her wookie friend saving her, after that a left the cantina to do something else and I thought they would stay there, when I came back they were gone. Did I miss anything important, a quest or something?

Which version to play for a controller player

I know the best version question gets asked a lot but I've never been able to get an answer searching.

I want to play the first game for the first time, and I am an avid controller user, just can't get used to keyboard and mouse, I know that the games were originally released on Xbox so there should be good controller support.

For what I understand the steam version doesn't have native controller support, but it has all the nice mods. I have a switch and a pc, and I'm open to emulate the Xbox version. So my question is for someone who has to play with a controller, which version gets me the best experience?

Thanks for any answers
