Best cake shop that will make a custom golf inspired cake?

We just had our guests arrive and we noticed way more people than booked. They booked 4 adults and 3 children, our max is 7 so fine. Our ring camera went off and we didn’t even get to see exactly how many people are there but we counted 9 or 10 for sure. Should I wait til they leave again to get an exact head count? How do I approach this? I don’t charge per guests I just have a flat rate.

Has anyone catered their wedding with either chain? I’m looking to have chicken & beef tacos and here’s my options.

I am hosting my wedding in my backyard and have 140 on the invite list. So far I have been quoted $3,400 from a local Mexican restaurant which would include one staff member. Moes with no staff member was $2,500. QDoba with no staff was $2,800.
All quotes are estimated for two tacos per person, rice, queso, soft & hard shell tortillas, warming trays/chaffing dishes, & utensils.
I considered if I went with one of the chains finding two local waitresses/waiters to hire to help serve & keep things tidy maybe $100 each. Also any opinions on doing hard shell & soft or one only? Over the next 5 days my fiance & I will be tasting each option if there’s a clear winner by taste I will go with that but mostly I’m looking to see what everyone else’s experiences have been. I want to start taking my 50lb blue heeler kayaking with me she loves an adventure! But I see soo many different and options pros & cons I’m not sure what would be best.
I’d need to fit me (5’6” 140lbs), 50lb blue heeler, and a small cooler and make sure our weights distributed evenly.. also we just float down calm rivers. Thanks!

We’re hosting our wedding our house and we have plenty of parking in the front for cards to park perpendicular or side by side long ways down our drive way on each side of our drive way. But we have no lighting in our front field. We’re probably nudging capacity on running any more electric off the house & I’m looking for budget friendly options. I want our guests to be able to leave safely walking back to their vehicles, any ideas! Thank you.

Edit: our drive way is about 330 feet long, both sides would be lined up, and there’s no trees, and I fear stakes in the ground will get ran over. Has anyone had a similar set up?

We are 3 months out and I’m feeling a little panicky! Haha. We’re hosting our wedding in our backyard we’ve got about 120 people attending this is what we’ve got:

Ceremony: we will have haybale seating with canvas draped over it should be short and sweet.

Reception: large tent (could be used for ceremony if needed), Taco buffet, dance floor, rented speakers no DJ, cornhole, card table for games like poker, self serve bar, fire pit for hot dogs & smores for late night snack.

Lux portable restrooms, a gillion string lights, DIY Photo Booth with a Polaroid, lots & lots of drinks.

I would like to make sure my guests have a great time and I feel like everyone presses making sure you’ve got the dance floor full all night but why? Is that just cause that’s the only thing to do at most weddings? I myself hate being the bridesmaid forcing people to dance and as a bride I know I’ll be spending minimal time on my own dance floor, which is why I opted out of hiring an expensive DJ. However I do really want to enhance my guest experience, any budget friendly ideas??
