Looking for a dupe for this red color?

Ignore my crappy application I was in a hurry yesterday lol. I love this type of red color, but I do not like the formula unfortunately. It is a discontinued Revlon Colorstay in Roulette Rush. Any dupes for this color with a better formula? Thanks!

Hair ends dry even after haircut and routine?

I just recently started a routine on my hair and need some advice if I’m doing something wrong or what else I can do. I just had 2.5-3 inches cut off of my hair. (It looks uneven in the pic but it’s not lol). My ends still feel dry. My hair is slightly on the thicker side, and I have slight waves naturally. I also never really used a lot of heat on my hair besides my bangs, and I haven’t dyed my hair since April.

Here is the routine I just did today:

Shampoo 2x with Dove Intensive Repair Shampoo
Hair mask for 5 minutes with Dove Intensive Repair Hair Mask
Condition with Dove Intensive Repair Conditioner (really took my time to coat small sections)

Towel dried hair lightly
Applied L’Oreal Everpure Perfecting Leave In Spray
Applied L’Oreal Everpure Iron Sleek Treatment
Brushed everything through from bottom to top

Then I blow dried my hair and brushed gently as I was blow drying
Applied a little bit of JVN Shine Drops
This is my hair in the picture after the routine

I also already used a scalp oil this week for 4 hours, and double shampooed and condition

And a few days ago I used the Pantene Miracle Rescue Deep Conditioner

Am I doing something wrong? Any advice is appreciated thank you!

Filling bunched up inside comforter?

I think I ruined my vintage Ralph Lauren comforter I just purchased. Can anyone give me advice on how to fix it? I washed it on cold and dried on medium heat at the laundromat. Now the filling is so puffy and really bunched up in areas.

I tried gently pulling apart the most bunched up areas but it doesn’t help much and seems like it just keeps going back to being bunched up. I tried shaking the comforter multiple times and that didn’t really help. I’m so sad because I love it so much but I feel I ruined it now. The picture doesn’t really show it all.

I want to give up so bad but know that I can’t

I’ve posted in here almost 2 weeks ago about how I’m struggling to use my cpap because I feel suffocated and can’t breathe out. I’ve been trying during the day, using 15-20 minutes at a time. I changed my minimum pressure from 5 to 7 and epr at 3 with no ramp. It’s slightly better but still feels hard to breathe out.

I try to calm myself down and control breathing but the one night I tried to use it I woke up with my mask completely off and had chest soreness over a day after. I can’t get used to this but I know I have to. I am using the resmed p10 but thinking of switching masks.

The other night I went to sleep without it, had a nightmare I was choking and suddenly woke up on my back gasping for air. It scared me. I have got to get used to this but I am struggling a lot.

Any mask recommendations? Maybe this one just isn’t for me.

Is now a good time to thin out cucumber seedlings?

I planted some lemon cucumbers and they are getting bigger. Should I take one seedling out of each area so it gives more room for one plant?

Small sungold tomato plants already have tomatoes?

I bought a pack from my local nursery of sungold tomatoes. They already had tiny tomatoes growing while still in the nursery packaging. They’ve been in my bed for almost 2 weeks and have gotten bigger but they still look too small to be fruiting. Am I wrong or should I take off the tomatoes to let the plant grow bigger? I am in zone 5A Maine, so short growing season.

First night actually sleeping with it, I feel like shit

I posted in here a day ago saying how I was struggling with this. I felt like I was suffocating and couldn’t breathe out with it on. Well I took some advice from here and raised my EPR to 3 which did help some. I took some time yesterday throughout the day to wear my mask for 5-15 minutes at a time and either scroll, watch tv. I really just wanted to be able to control myself from panicking and get used to the feeling of everything. It did help some and last night I was able to go to sleep with it on.

Then in the middle of the night I woke up on my back with my mask pulled down to my chin. My machine said I only slept 3 hours with it on. I did take it off in the middle of the night because I started to feel like my chest was so sore. It feels like I did a lung or chest workout or something. I am hoping this is normal for some people when just starting out. I know I need to get used to this thing and I will keep trying, even if I have to change masks. Reading all of the encouraging advice on here helps because I know I’m not the only one who struggled or is struggling. Will keep trying again..

First night, I don’t know if I can do this

It’s my first night with my cpap, I haven’t even went to bed yet and I’m already struggling. I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea with an at home test, having on average 9.5 events per hour. I was recommended to use APAP to adjust how much oxygen I need at night. I have the Airsense 11 and I chose the Airfit P10 because the full mask was giving me claustrophobia. I just filled it up, turned it on, and put on my mask. I tried it out for a few minutes, doing the fit mask test then just regular starting it up and trying to breathe for a few minutes with it on. My respiratory therapist said my settings are all set to auto. It starts at 4 for pressure.

I am struggling hard. My chest feels super tight and I feel like I am struggling to breathe, I took it off and still feel that way. I feel like I’m suffocating with it on, breathing out feels super hard and I started to feel dizzy. Has anyone else had this happen to them with their first time using it? I’m scared to go to bed with it on.

Constant pressure/lump in throat when laying down?

Does anyone else get this? I had a thyroid ultrasound last year and it was normal. When I lay down on my back and on my sides it’s like a pressure/lump in my throat feeling. I had a medication change at the end of April from 112mcg to 125mcg of levothyroxine because my TSH was 3.9, but the feeling has been happening for a while now.

I am a complete beginner and don’t really know what I am doing. I am trying to follow a YouTube arm workout with dumbbells and I feel like I’m not really doing it right. I am plus size and have mild scoliosis plus not great posture all my life. I am new to hinging at my hips to bend over, I have always used my back to hunch over when bending which I recently learned isn’t good. Please don’t mind my hands they are red from eczema lol. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I can’t go to a gym right now but I have dumbbells and a kettlebell at home with resistance bands. I want to grow my upper glutes while keeping my lower glutes full (they are already full) and minimize my hip dips as much as I can. Is this a good start routine or should I do something different? Also how many reps/sets should I be doing? Any advice is appreciated thank you!
