Is it possible to get a job?
Hi everybody, I am an internationally trained dentist & i am currently in the process of evaluating my documents & preparing for the ADAT exam which i plan to take in August hopefully.
I've been applying to Dental assitant job postings in Toronto on indeed hoping to land something but no luck. I do not have a "Dental assistant degree/diploma" but as a dentist i am capable of doing any sort of dental assistant work.
My question is, is it actually possible to land a job given that i dont have a dental assistant degree? Also, what would be the correct way to actually approach this, do i go to the clinic and hand out a copy of my resume? Applying online hasn't quite worked out for me.
Any insight will be appreciated, Thank you.
