Saw Ilan’s setlist on the screen throughout the show. I believe Caught in the Echo was on the setlist before Best of You and Exhausted before Everlong. Shame neither was played tonight.

The interviewer set the stage with the question: “There was so much swirling when Foo Fighters were looking for a new drummer, I thought like, ‘Oh, Matt left Pearl Jam and this is going to happen.’ Was that ever approached?”

“Well, Dave (Grohl) texted me,” Cameron said. “We went back and forth a little bit because he’s such a nice supportive guy. But no, I wasn’t really looking to do that gig.”

Cameron also made clear he had no reservations about how things ultimately played out for the band.

“But it worked out great, you know,” he continued. “I mean, they got a killer guy. And I saw them with Josh. I thought Josh was crushing it.”

It’s one of my favorite songs from C&G but I don’t think it needs to be played nightly. I wish it would rotate with other songs from that era like Make It Right.

First time since 2021, although that was during a virtual show so the last time it was play in front of an actual audience was in 2019!

Nice to see them do a full I'll Stick Around. The pervious one in Napa was much shorter. Hope it remains in rotation.
