I recently made it to being Micro1 certified and applied for a job in a domain not mentioned on my certification (but something I’m certainly qualified for) so was asked to do another interview. I tried on three separate occasions to do the interview but each time was told I was not sharing my screen when in fact I was. I contacted support about this each time and did everything I was told to no avail, then was assured that it would be escalated to a human to help me. No one yet has been in touch but I’ve just seen that I’m “not selected”. This feels unfair as I was unable to do the interview due to a glitch in their system.

I’ve posted about this before but it’s happened again and I’d just like to know if everyone else gets an email when they have an offer giving details of the offer, or are you just, like me, only finding out about offered projects by looking at your dashboard? I have two new projects in my dashboard today but no email giving information about either of them in terms of what payment is on offer or any instructions for the tasks. I’ve emailed support three times and not had a reply. Can anyone shed light on whether this is normal? I can’t imagine it is!

I posted before about getting two offers for jobs that I only found out about by going onto the dashboard. Was never given any information about pay or project guidelines. I’ve sent three emails to support and had no reply. Tonight I went on the site again and I have another project - again with no details, no contract, no guidelines, no pay rate. When o click on the project it takes me to a tryout task but with no guidelines. Is this normal? Is there a reason why they don’t give any details or guidance? Do other people get these things? Does anyone have an email address other than the support one which has ignored me now three times?!

I’ve just seen a listing on OneForma offering payment to ‘rent’ your credit card details. This seems highly suspicious! Can someone from OneForma comment on this please?

I got an email today from someone supposedly at Micro1 saying my background was flagged for a faster track. There’s a clickable link taking me to the login page. Am I right in thinking this is just someone referral-fee hunting? If it were real surely it would link me to my pre-existing profile?

Does anyone know the maximum number of projects you can be on at any one time? I’m in one that’s currently paused and on another that pays really badly (1/3 of my other project’s rate) and the work on that one is sparse. Should I ask to be offboarded from the badly paying project to make room for a new offer or is it possible to be on three at once? Does anyone know? Thanks for your help!
