Every morning I eat about 50g of oats, 10g of psyllium, a banana, and 10g of a fiber supplement. I drink at least 3 liters of water, in addition to the vegetables and fruits I eat during the day. Am I on the right track? How many grams of fiber does that give me per day?

Could someone give me some tips on how to increase stool volume and consistency? I want to at least have the power to make sure my bowel movements are done properly.
