Tube removal advice

I will be having my 3rd c-section in December and my OB discussed tube removal is we are done having children but I'd like some real life advice from those who are at least 1+ years out from having theirs removed.

I have a 5 (almost 6) year old and a 3.5 year old + new one coming in December. I've had 2 miscarriages back to back sept last year and Jan this year. I do feel I need to be done after this one and told myself if the Lord would bless us with 1 more healthy baby, that's all I wanted.

I know many will say make sure you're done and while I'd love any baby we were blessed with after this one I don't think I could handle another pregnancy + C-section + postpartum. My mental health has been HORRIBLE this time around and it's been so unfair to my family that I just don't think it would be fair to put them through that again and I also feel my body just doesn't have it in me for 4 c-sections.

I've heard mixed reviews on having tubes removed so please give me the good, bad and ugly. If you've had great experiences please speak up as I feel the negative experiences tend to be most spoken about.

Also would love to hear other options you all have found that does not include hormonal BC. I have not been on BC in 7 years. Thank you! :)

Wellbutrin in pregnancy

Who has taken Wellbutrin in pregnancy with no issues? I’m finally 15 weeks with my double rainbow baby and experiencing depression/rage and feel like I need to bite the bullet and take it. My husband and other girls are just miserable and I don’t blame them because I’m not a pleasant person to be around. My OB told me risk is low but just wanting other experiences. It’s so hard to know I need the additional help but scared at the same time because I finally have my healthy baby

Low blood sugar symptoms?

Curios of symptoms you experienced if you had low blood sugar in early pregnancy? I’m not diabetic nor have had blood sugar issues in the past but I’m curious if how I felt this morning could possible be low blood sugar.

I had 2 bowls of Cheerios (haha) because it was the only thing I could eat but a couple hours later I felt very weak, almost not “all the way there mentally,” nauseated (been experiencing that anyway) and just “off” like I really needed to eat. Got a coke and drank that along with a little food and felt somewhat better.

Looking for similar experiences and what do to/discuss with my OB

Looking for similar stories that are POSITIVE. I’ve had 2 back to back miscarriages so I already know the negatives.

Last night I was 6w4d and had a gush of red blood in my underwear + toilet so I went to the ER for an ultrasound and I saw a little bean with a heart rate of 125bpm 🤗 However they could not see any cause for the bleeding such as a SCH (which I’ve had before in a different pregnancy) but said I could possibly have a UTI and waiting on culture growth results.

Anyone have something similar happen and the pregnancy continued to be healthy? I was over the moon when I saw that little flicker. Only thing that also scared me was she said I was measuring 6w1d instead of 6w4d rbut said +/- 3 days is normal. My HCG was also great at 69,527. Currently waiting for a reply from my OB

Currently 5w4d and honestly just freaking out. I have 2 girls, then experienced 2 back to back miscarriages (both abnormalities for the babies and all my testing came back normal so just really crappy luck) so I’m scared.

Had sex Monday night then last night (Tuesday) I had brown discharge while wiping and a little this morning when wiping. My HCG trend was great last week at 20DPO being 3058. Starting to also get som aversions to meat but should I ask for more HCG testing? I know it can be cervical irritation but a whole day later??

Had brown discharge with my last miscarriage as well 😖😔
