Eerste Motor les gehad......niet zo goed.

Hey, I just had my first motorcycle lesson (last Monday) and I'm a bit worried.

I've never held a motorcycle before and you can tell. The first time I held the bike I actually fell over, but afterwards I managed to get going. Right now, I'm having huge problems with the figure eight and the emergency stop.

I'm not going fast enough, and when I can brake I find the rear brake difficult on this motorcycle model. (the brake is way smaller than the gear pedal, it's really annoying!!) When I do push it, the brake doesn't really do anything... what am I doing wrong?

I notice that I'm way too tense on the bike but I don't know how to shake off that tension!

Any experienced riders who can encourage me a bit?

Update/edit: thanks for the encouragement and tips! This actually helped me out allot. And find more confidence inside of myself.

Vinted will die because its doing the equivalent of shooting your own foot.

After reading tons of posts and personal experience this app is removing its own people slowly. They either ban left and right, like my mom she made an acount and it got instantly banned for suspicious activity...mind you she had the app for only 2 hours.

Me getting tons of listings removed or small bans for the most ridiculous reasons.

People loosing tons of money that vinted owns them.

Tons of scammers and harrasers that dont get banned but people trying to empty thier room or sell as a side bizz get removed constantly.

The GOD AWFULL AI CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

the actual human costumer service never actually doing something to fix your problem. And even breaking internal laws!

This app wil stand for a few years but it will die out eventually if internal changes dont happen.

I am so hard to love...

Hello everyone.

My name is Cornelius I am 24 turning 25 and i feel a bit dissapointed with myself.

I have had many many girlfriends over the years. I've experienced the good the bad, the really good and the really bad.

I feel like all my past experiences have damaged me. And my past has damaged them to. I made huge mistakes in love. and I've hurt both girls and their parents. I've also hurt my parents allot they loved and attached really deeply with some of my exes taking them as their daughter....and i took it away from them.

I am aware of my mistakes and I take responsibility for them. But now I live trough life constantly bieng disappointed in myself. I've had someone who loved me and hurt them...

I've also played with many woman's feelings just to get what I want and looking back now at all my lies and manipulative behaviours I feel just so empty. Wtf was wrong with me? Why did I do all that??

And now i found someone who is interested in me and we are hitting it of a bit. We both did a photoshoot together and from there I've noticed our bond became bigger. She has a heart of gold and shows me allot of affection bought me gifts made me gifts. Shows me genuine love and affection but...

I feel like i shouldn't be getting this, i feel like i am not able to show love wich scares me because even my parents have said I have become more of an emotionless husk with no reaction anymore. I feel like i did so much damage that I shouldn't be worthy of love.

But at the same time I want to feel and show love. I want to be happy again but should I?

I want to be cornelius from before he became this horrible person.

Now I feel like cornelius is gone. And I am what remains.

And I dont want to give up, but i also don't deserve a second chance.

I dont really know what to do but thank you for the vent.

\~Goodbye and take care
