[Hiring] Video Editor P27.3k/month+ (18+ Adult Content) – Freelancer, Part Time Hours
Location: Remote
We're looking for a reliable long-term video editor to become part of our growing content business. This is ongoing work with at least two new projects every week, plus a backlog of content ready to be worked on and lots more hours or project to project based work if you want it.
Starting at: 16 hours per week
Important: This role involves editing legal adult (18+) content featuring consenting adults. Please only apply if you are comfortable working with this type of content. You must be 18+
⭐ What You'll Do
- Edit full-length videos (typically 20–60 minutes final length).
- Remove mistakes, pauses, and dead space.
- Create promotional previews.
- Create short trailers with music.
- Create multiple promotional clips (3–10+ seconds).
- Capture high-quality screenshots from videos.
- Export videos in multiple formats when required.
- Follow my editing style and instructions.
- Organize exported files using Google Drive.
💼 Expected Workload
- Ongoing work available with a substantial existing backlog of content.
- We release new content regularly and currently have numerous backlog projects ready to begin immediately.
- There is enough work available for approximately 16+ hours per week, with additional hours available for the right person.
- The goal is to stay ahead of the editing schedule while continuing to build a long-term working relationship.

As we work together and the business grows, this role may expand into a broader content operations position, including:
- Managing and quality-checking other editors.
- Editing social media and long-form SFW content.
- Organizing raw footage, cloud storage, and sensitive documentation.
- Watermarking and preparing photosets for release.
- Scheduling and uploading video content across multiple platforms.
- Managing business emails, booking inquiries, and brand partnerships.
- Taking on additional editing projects as we expand into a larger film production company.
- This is a long-term opportunity with room to grow into a key role within the business.
⭐ What We're Looking For
- Experience with an editing program like Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, or similar (specify what program you use in the application)
- Good English communication.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Able to meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions.
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Experience editing adult content is a bonus but not required.
💰 Pay
- Starting rate: approx P426.67/hour during the initial training and onboarding period.
- Once we're both comfortable with the workflow and editing style, we'll move to a fixed per-project rate.
- Each project includes the full edited video and all associated deliverables (previews, trailers, clips, screenshots, and exports).
