This is from my latest video, where I made PEPTO BISMOL Ice Cream. I was sick recently and, for some reason, thought it was a good idea to make Pepto Bismol Ice Cream lol. The weirdest part is the ice cream wasn't that bad, but I also don't recommend making it since it uses more than the recommended amount of Pepto Bismol. This is from my latest video, where I made COKE & PEPSI Ice Cream. I wanted to see if Coke or Pepsi made the better ice cream. The good news is that both work really well! This can be slightly on the icy side, but if you're able to find a Pepsi or Coke-flavored syrup, then that would work even better.

Ingredients (Half Pint/16oz container) Ninja CREAMi 7-in-1 Ice Cream Maker

• 1/2 Cup of Coke or Pepsi
• 1 Cup of Half & Half
• 1 Tbsp of Cream Cheese
• 2 Tbsp of Sugar
• 1/4 Tsp of Guar Gum
• A Pinch of Salt

Spin on Ice Cream mode, then Mix-In mode (Spin on Mix-In mode again if needed)

This is from my latest video, where I made ZUCCHINI BREAD Ice Cream. I've been craving zucchini bread all summer, so now that it's zucchini season, I had to make it into ice cream. This turned out even better than I thought it would. It captures the zucchini bread taste perfectly, and by adding in the zucchini bread bits as a mix-in, the Ninja Creami distributes the bread throughout the ice cream. This is a top 5 ice cream for me, and I highly recommend you try making it. I added candied pecans in for an added crunch, but it's not required. You could probably sub those out for chocolate chips or whatever else you like adding into your Zucchini bread.

• 1/4 Cup of Zucchini (Shredded)
• 1 Cup of Half & Half
• 1 Tbsp of Cream Cheese
• 1 Tbsp of Brown Sugar
• 2 Tbsp of White Sugar
• 1/4 Tsp of Guar Gum
• 1/2 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
• 1 Tsp of Cinnamon
• A Pinch of Salt

Spin on Ice Cream mode, add Zucchini Bread/Pecans, then Mix-In mode

This is from my latest video, where I made SWEET ONION Ice Cream. I've heard of Onion ice cream before, and I wouldn't really be Odd Scoops if I didn't try making it lol. For those that don't know Sweet Onions different from regular onions and have less sulfur in them so they end up tasting sweeter. I used Walla Walla sweet onions for this recipe, but Vidalia onions will work just as well. Overall, this was surprisingly good! I leaned into the caramelized onion angle, and I think it worked pretty well! If you like unique ice cream, you should give this one a try. It's surprising how well it turns out.

This is from my latest video, where I made BLACKBERRY S'MORES Ice Cream. It's the end of summer, so I wanted to celebrate it by combining two of my favorite things to do while camping, blackberries and s'mores. Overall, this turned out really good! It's basically a blackberry ice cream with s'mores mix-ins, so you can't really go wrong with that.

I'm back with another popcorn ice cream! This time I used Kettle Corn, and it turned out even better than the last one!

This is from my latest video, where I made UNCRUSTABLES Ice Cream. I was in the mood for a PB&J ice cream, so I thought it would be fun to try taking an Uncrustable and turning it into ice cream and then turning that into an ice cream Uncrustable. Overall, it worked pretty well and tasted exactly like PB&J with some bread pieces!

This is from my latest video, where I made DURIAN Ice Cream. I was in my local asian market recently and stumbled on some durian fruit. So obviously I had to try making it into ice cream. I knew this was a very smelly fruit, but I still wasn't prepared for how bad the smell really was. The flavor was definitely better than the smell and had a very smooth custard-like texture in the ice cream. This is worth a short if you already like Durian or want your whole house to smell like dirty socks lol.

This is from my latest video, where I made WARHEADS Ice Cream. I'm a 90's kid, and I loved Warheads growing up. So I thought it would be a fun experiment to make a sour ice cream using Warheads! This ended up tasting really good and really sour thanks to the citric acid I added. If you're a fan of Warheads or sour candy, then you'll love this ice cream.

This is from my latest video, where I made DIRTY SODA Ice Cream. I discovered Dirty Soda and thought it would be fun to make that into ice cream. I went with the classic flavor of Diet Coke, Lime, and Coconut. It turned out really good and quite refreshing. If you like dirty soda, then you'll love this ice cream.

Overall it turned out really good and had a nice tartness to it because of the sour cream. It's definitely worth a try.

Here's a screenshot from my latest video where I made FRENCH FRY Ice Cream. This one has been on my list for awhile but I finally got around to making it. I wanted to capture that feeling of dipping your fries in a vanilla milkshake and you get that sweet and salty combo. Overall I fell like I captured that pretty well. The only issue was the starch from the fries left a weird texture but other than that the flavor was great and exactly what I was wanting from this.

For this flavor I was inspired by Pepper Jelly. This ice cream turned out amazing! It had just the right amount of spice from the Jalapeños and sweetness from the Peaches. This is definitely worth a try if you want a mild spice to your ice cream.

Here's a screenshot from my latest video where I made FLOWER Ice Cream. It's mothers day and I figured I try taking some flowers and putting them into ice cream. I ended up using dried edible flowers (rose petals, calendula, blue cornflower, and osmanthus) and it had quite the floral smell. I do wish I had added some rose flavor to help make the flower flavor stronger since it was kind of muted. The ice cream did end up looking beautiful with the contrast of the yellow, red, and blue.
