Very weird and worrying issue details below.

this started a couple days ago. I'm going to try and explain as best I can but it's a very odd issue that's hard to replicate because it seems very random. when I play game my system will randomly just crash as seen in the video.. sometimes my friends and I will go 30 splitscreen rounds and sometimes it happens instantly.

I've tried/tested things such as

Thermals - all of my thermals / hardware in general seems normal before crash. I was watching mangohud while playing

Power Supply - while this still is my beat guess at the issue I did unplug every thing expect for my controller / k&m. I do usually have a ton plugged in 2 wireless recievers for k&m, 1 Bluetooth dongle, 1 long USB c, 1 long micro usb, 1 wireless reciever / battery charger for turtle beach stealth pro headset, HDMI for my main monitor, 2nd HDMI for crt, and my external HDD.

SPECS: 650w power supply, Intel i9 9900k cpu, amd 6600 Rx GPU, and 32 gb ram

Things to note: I've used cachyos for about 2 months this only recently started happening a few days ago and the only variable that's changed is I got no internet right now so I use my phones 5g set up into a proxy that I use for catchy updates and Firefox browser. I can't get proxy to work system wide so I cannot use cachy update to update my system. I use sudo ALL_PROXY pacman - Syu. dunno if that can mess anything up. Thanks everyone for helping in advance for this incredibly frustrating problem I'm having.

Help with game performance

Ima start off with mentioning i have an rx 6600 and i9 9900k. Im new to this linux thing but im quick to learn amd I have setup quite a bit.. im playing nfs most wanted 2012 using Proton cachyos. In this game it runs very nice smooth 60 fps for about 30mins to an hour then become weirdly choppy.. mangohud says the frames are still 60fps.vram is fine. ram seems fine but tbh I haven't payed very close attention. In proton tweaks I have gamemode optimizations, higher priority, and allow 32bit games to use more than 2gb of ram.

I need internet bad

Typing this up at my sister's house but. I ran out of internet and I need it to put in apps for jobs and do my online side jobs. Im having problems paying bills rn and need to know if there's a way to get some decent free internet.. idc if I'm having to hack into the neighbors (their dickheads always arguing with one another and blaring loud music or id just ask them)

Is it a good idea to switch right now with my setup?

Hey everyone I've been using windows forever now and I'm getting sick of it.. I customized my windows alot but overtime my customized windows has just gotten janky.. ontop of that I mess around and find out too much online and have a crypto miner using up my GPU lol.. I need to install Linux or reinstall windows cause of that either way. I've been wanting to make the switch to a gaming Linux like pop os for a long while and figured now is the time.. I have an amd 6600rx and Intel i9 9900k. My thing is I need enhanced sync and anti lag from adrenaline software for my gpu because I use a 55 inch cheap TV for my monitor and it screen tears badly without those turned on.. my questions are. Is there a simple workaround for enhanced sync and anti lag? How long does it usually take for new games to be working on Linux? And can I still make a custom resolution for retro gaming on my crt? (I use an adapter for my crt ik its a jank setup but it works for me)

PS b4 I posted it said I may break the rules.. but I read the rules and I think this is getting close to breaking it but not actually breaking it.. sorry mods if it does just remove if so.
