It flakes sometimes and becomes itchy,Its mostly always redish and flare ups seem to happen if i bath for too long or splash hot water on my face plz help,will be much appreciated 🙏

Ive come to realize that this is very unusual and was wondering if others do this to im in my room right now watching a movie in my phone connected to a surround sound as the tv in my room 32inch has no bluettoth or optical input to connect ut as i usually download and watch on my usb and still tryna fugure out if theres a converter or anything to use so i can watch with surround sound theres a 65icnh tv in the lounge but i like to lay down and watch in my room downside is the whole tv thing not having Bluetooth or optical inputs any advice
