Hi everyone,
I got a rank of around 18,000 in SRM entrance and I’m planning my choices for counseling.
My main aim is CSE at KTR campus. Is it possible to get core CSE with this rank? If not, can I get any CSE specialization like AI/ML, Data Science, Cyber Security, etc. at KTR?
If anyone has an idea about recent cutoffs or has gone through the process, please share your insights.
Thanks!
Was excited at first, but after researching more about fees, placements, and other colleges, I don’t think it’s worth it for me. Curious what others think about KIIT?
Got selected in KIIT but not planning to join.
Would you guys consider it worth it in 2026? Why or why not?
Hi seniors,
I’m joining JIIT this year and I’m really confused about which branch to choose:
- CSE (Sector 128)
- IT (Sector 62)
- Mathematics & Computing (Sector 62)
My main goal is good placement / higher package, but I’m also thinking about future scope and opportunities.
I’ve heard different things from different people:
- CSE has the best opportunities overall
- IT is similar but slightly lower preference
- MnC is tough but has good scope in some domains
I’m honestly struggling to decide and don’t want to regret it later.
Could you please share:
- Actual placement differences between these branches in JIIT
- Whether campus (62 vs 128) makes a big difference
- How tough MnC really is compared to CSE/IT
- Which one you would choose if your goal is a high package
Any honest advice or personal experience would really help 🙏
Thanks in advance!
Can someone arrange these colleges in order of qualifications from best to least for CSE (Computer Science Engineering)?
- SRM Kattankulathur Campus
- SRM Ramapuram Campus
- SRM University AP (Andhra Pradesh)
- KIIT Bhubaneswar

Today was my SRMJEEE exam. During the exam, I received around 50 warnings from the system and one warning from the proctor for allegedly using a phone. However, I was not using my phone—I was simply picking up my bottle to drink water at that moment. Now I am worried about what will happen next. Will my result be declared, or will I be banned? Are there going to be any consequences for me?
