If you are friends with Remi

then you should just agree to go shopping with her and walk around and audibly gag over the stuff that you want. But don’t actually buy it.

It’s a 99% chance she will just get it for you and gift it to you before you even walk out of the store.

Gnomonkey DMM

I didn’t really know who gnome was before this DMM, but I’ve grown to really like him! He just seems like such a jolly guy, all smiles and just cracking up at this finale

I also respect him for not being too shy to show emotions

I can’t stop thinking about the finale

I don’t think any TV character’s death has hit me as hard as Rue’s. I have been tearing up all day thinking about it like a loser because, while I know she’s a fictional character, I can’t help but feel a deep sense of pain and sorrow for her story. Especially considering the fact that I’ve been following this story since I’ was a teenager, through college, and into adulthood. I feel like I knew rue :(

Huge kudos to Zendaya for her beautiful portrayal of Ruby and to Colman Domingo fort taking it home. Fantastic job from both of them

i just think it’s crazy

how simple weight gain is.

ive been tracking my calories for a couple of days now, and the app i use informed me that ive been in a 300 kcal / day surplus for the past three weeks (some extrapolation im assuming). this pretty much lines up with the slow, but consistent weight gain ive been experiencing over the last 6 months.

it’s crazy because in that time, i made a conscious effort to work out 5 times a week and skip dinner some nights, without changing my eating habits aside from that. i thought that would be enough, but nope, consistent weight gain

it’s just crazy to realize that all it takes for this level of weight gain is 300 calories a day. that one small, sweet treat a day. you don’t even notice that you’ve eaten it, and you never feel like you overate or are stuffed, but that little sweet treat after every meal is enough to basically undo all of the hours in the gym and nights of skipping dinner.

i really hate tracking my eating, but I’ll take the annoyance of having to log my food over the frustration of not making any progress.
