Found this for $2.99 at a thrift store HP 15 C with case

Amazing condition too! Needs a new seat and handlebar grips (any suggestions?). Love the orange splatter paint. It would have been more appropriate for one of ya’ll to have found this, but I’ve had a blast learning about it today! 1993 ish?

Picked this up recently and can't tell if it’s an authentic Starter jersey. I’m used to Champion during this time period.

Is this a vintage custom, a period bootleg, a practice jersey, or something else? Curious if anyone here has seen one like it before. Thanks!
